OMG Seoulbeats...you watched Queen In Hyun's Man too...thats on my top five forever...Kim Boong Do😍...never knew scholar and swoonworthy❤️ could go together...can't wait for WITH S2 subs to finish so can marathon again😍...WRITER/DIRECTOR team did an awesome job...have you seen Vampire Prosecutor ...same director...that was great too👍🏼...2nd season in the works by popular demand.
here's synops for Arang...
A horror fusion sageuk surrounding a wrongful death against the backdrop of the Joseon Dynasty basing on the old korean folk tale Arang. New appointed magistrate "Lee Eun Oh" (Lee Jun Ki) who has the ability to see ghosts, meets with a female ghost "Arang" (Shin Min Ah) who had died of a wrongful death due to her wicked nanny's conspiracy.
Its horror coz of the ghost storyline but its actually comedy, romance, action packed mystery...I've liked Shin Mina ever since Mawang- The Devil ...but in Gumiho she was awesome...heres the link for the 1st teaser...

@DoJin QIHM trumps most dramas this year, yeah Kim Boong Do. Enough said.😆

Vampire prosecutor is on my to-watch list for now, can't really find time to marathon through it due to my crammed schedule. It's pretty annoying when life gets in between me and my drama :/

Arnag sounds dark revenge horror story. Not at all good for my nails and heart and even though I ain't a masochist I really dig dramas of this genre. So that's another one added to my ridiculously long list.😉

I watched Guminho and quite liked the hoi-hoi couple but I hated the last few episodes when the leads behaved as noble idiots; I was all like 'you guys,be together already'!

@ seoulbeats...
i actually had gumiho for quite some time before i watched it...i couldn't take Lee Seung Gi's performance...it looked like a... well, a performance...then i happened to catch the 4 epi of The King 2Hearts...i couldn't believe the transformation in Seung Gi...went back and finished Gumiho in 2 days...
yeah...don't even mention noble idiocy in K-dramas...leave even hindi shows behind in that dept.
Oh yes...Faith...I don't know what to think about Lee Min Ho... or Lee Min ho in a Sageuk...i watched City Hunter, dropped it halfway ...finished Personal Taste...because of the awesome Sohn Ye Jin ...who I love...will wait and watch..

I loved city hunter. Sure it had its flaws but they were just minor chinks in the other wise sturdy armour. I like the plot line, I was emotionally invested in the characters and while the romance too the back seat for a while the story was intriguing enough. Though I didn't like Personal Taste that much...the story dragged a bit according to me.

I haven't watched King 2 Hearts yet though I have heard pretty good things about it...

Talking about Seung Gi, have you watched Shining Inheritance?

@ seoulbeats

watching Shining Inherintance was the first thing I did after king2Hearts ended...but i couldn't get past 1st epi...don't know why...will watch it when mood strikes again...Few years back i actually wanted to see that show for Bae Soo Bin...but found out the greatest guy in the world didn't get the girl...that killed any desire to watch it
maybe loving LSG in TK2H was mainly due to his character Lee Jae Ha...i mean he's the only character in all the K-dramas I've seen who has character growth throughout the drama...definitely worth a watch...Ha Ji Won as always is brilliant...wayyy better character than she got stuck with in Secret Garden.
yeah...Personal taste would've been better as 10 epi drama...
have you watched any 50+ epi dramas...i can recommend some that you absolutely should not miss.
Family's Honor, Life Is Beautiful are my favourites

Shining Inheritance isn't a perfect drama, only after episode 10 does it seem that something is finally happening! But I liked it and LSG's character growth was drastic here as well.
I watched Secret Garden only because I luff luff luff Hyun Bin, it was fun seeing him as the man-child nutcase. 😆
Ha Ji Won was pretty good too...a complete contrast to the character she played in hundred days with mister arrogant. I have never watched a 50 episode drama because its a very long committment. But the weekend is near by so maybe I'll start watching Life Is Beautiful...

Love Binnie😍 ...he still has an year left of his MS😭, miss him🤗
I loved SeGa too but had problem with later episodes...same conflict over and over...after 18th epi it picked up again, the funny was back...which kinda made me mad, that they didn't do the amnesia thing by 15 or 16...just one epi of 21 year Joo Won was so much fun...imagine 2-3 epis of a smartass Joo Won falling for Ra Im all over again with no idea why, and without all that I'm rich, you're poor blah... just 21 year old Joo Won going crazy for a 30 year old Ra Im 👍🏼
Life Is Beautiful is good start if you want to watch lengthy dramas...a slice of life, big family of 3 generations living together, no makjang stuff, just family drama with laughs and tears...facing the stuff life throws at them together...
I'll always think of Kyung Soo and Tae Sub whenever i watch Lee Sang Woo's or Song Chang Ui's dramas...they were cute together.
The length put me off at first too...but I found it addictive after i started...and also there are few tracks in the story, where you can leave it for few weeks and get back to it with no link broken at all.

Mr Arrogant was my 1st Ha Ji won movie... liked it...found Kim Jae Won...love him🤗
He back on TV with May Queen next month.

Have you watched Vampire prosecutor? It's on my to watch list for now and some say it's pretty good.I'll start watching Life Is Beautiful sometimes this week if I am able to finish off all my work. After watching K-dramas for this long I have realized that you need to get your priorities right or else real life would get side lined.

Where do you watch these dramas? I watch them at dramacrazy and sometimes on gooddrama.

Halfway through with Vampire prosecutor...i shifted houses...so no time and it finished soon after...caught up with recaps at Dramabeans...saw season 2 promo yesterday...looks awesome.
when you start LIB...get ready to see the most beautiful mom-stepson relationship ever...after epi 20, i eagerly awaited to see mom and Tae Sub scenes more than the funny or romantic scenes...the support, the strength they gave each other ...each scene was such a treat to watch with such awesome actors.👏
I used to watch at MySoju but the links there are mostly down for the older shows...so dramacrazy or dramafan...but mostly if i like first few epis i download torrents of it from semifly's box account, or d-addicts.
