Although NK told I'm to wear the Kurta, does Arnav know that it was Khushis idea after all?

yeah i think he knows it coz when khushi said it was NK's idea , Nk gave a confused expression which arnav observed n gave a " i got it whoz idea it is " look😃 or atleast i though so😛

I am sure, it would come in tomorrow's episode .Arnav has already noted the way Khushi said it's NK's idea and the reaction in NK's face . He may be actually asking for Khushi to thank her for bringing a smile to his Di's face. But as usual, it will never happen and it would result in another fiasco.
