Both twins are name Anand and confusion will start on how to address them while doing LU, WU, discussions etc...

Veena ka Anand (Anand V)
Siddhi ka Anand (Anand S)
Kunal ka Anand (Anand K)

Simple as follows :

Veena ka Anand (Anand V) as Anand 1
Siddhi ka Anand (Anand S) as Anand 2

My recommedation:-

A1:- for the original Anand.

A2:- for the first duplicate Anand (the baby with Kunal)

A3:- for the second kid with Siddhi...

or better still x, y, z:- In order of their appearance on screen.. x-Original.. y-first duplicate.. z: second duplicate !
