I agree that DS is forcing Anandi, but I would like to give her a benefit of doubt.
Ds really loves Anandi now and that's she is all after her second marriage and she is only doing it out of love for A's happiness.
The problem is DS is old school, and slowly adapting but she cannot change abruptly. That's why she is not able to understand A's pain unlike an outsider Shiv. Shiv can understand A because he is educated and has lot more exposure about people , places etc. It's his education that talks always.
Secondly, DS feels that A needs a companion and she is right. Everyone needs a companion and knowing Anandi, she cannot find a companion in anyone outside wedlock. So it's best for her to re-marry, but then A is also strong-headed who will never ever agree to marry anyone. So what option is DS left with? Again a forceful marriage.
And usually it is very hard for a divorcee to get a perfect groom like Shiv, so Ds wants to ensure that she does not end up losing him in this stretch-pull drama.
I am personally against forceful marriage, but for someone like Anandi, I think that's the best option. Especially if she is getting a guy like Shiv.
I think this marriage will only do good to A, even if it is forced.
Would have appreciated if Bhairon was slightly tactful in handling the matter, but again he loses against DS at most times and just gives in.
