Whose getting married?

Right now they are showing a track with Koki's sister Jigna. She's a little younger than Koki and has fallen in love with a guy sameer who she met on the internet about 3 months (or so) ago. She wanted to get married to him and there was one episode of drama where koki refused to let her go ahead with the wedding because she's so old now. She agreed when her mother (the forgetful old naani) had no objections and now they're getting Jigna married. However, no Saathiya track is complete without Urmi's kalakaris so there's a lot of mindless drama going on at the moment.

I started watching Saathiya because my grandparents were addicted to it. I watched it on and off... liked some tracks, hated others. I don't watch it any more. Just read the written updates.

I agree with you on every single point you raised. I feel very bad for Devoleena... I hope she finds success after Saathiya!

I feel bad for Gia and rest of the crew but not for devoleena. Even if she did not know what role she was auditioning for there is no way that she did not know that she will be playing gopis role when she signed on th doted lines. She is an opportunist which s fine in the doggy dog industry but in her greed she ignored the fact that she is a complete misfit for this role.

I do think sns suffered because of her poor acting skills if they replace her with a better actor then I will come back. I don't think Gia is coming back because she will do well in colors and does not need to deal with rashmi sharma.

However i do agree that she must have known it was for the role of Gopi, and i dont understand how she wouldnt have known the audidtion was for Gopi... i reckon they were planning to replace Giaa for a long time as it can not be done over night... and if i were auditioning for gopi's role i wouldnt accept it as giaa has worked hard for it and it has been organised behind her back, also giaa was meant to be gopi and lastly i love giaa too much to replace her and to put her through that much pain.

Devoleena must have known it was a replacement for a show as there were no advertisements for a new show. i wouldnt have the heart to replace such a hard working person and to be part of a heartless scheme.

hate rashmi sharma and i hope giaa never gets involved with her again as rashmi sharma doesnt even deserve to have known Giaa

Thanks for such an excellent post giving attention to Gia and Devoleena.

It is extremely unfortunate that Star Plus chose to kick out Gia from SNS.

Gia worked her heart and soul and made the person Gopi. She was the one who suffered from her mami, Rashi. She didn't have a happy marriage.

Just seeing old episodes of Ahem and Gopi (Gia) will let us know how much Gopi suffered.

After portraying all that innocence, grief, unhappiness, sorrow and her immense faith in her Kanhaji that Ahemji will love her and accept her as his wife Gia(Gopi) has been kicked out of Ahemji's life and Modi Mahal.

It seems so horrible that so much injustice has been done to Gia(Gopi) .

Star Plus also had done Injustice to SNS viewers and Gopi(Gia) fans.

Star Plus gave a tight slap on the face of SNS viewers and Gopi(Gia) fans by removing Gia and continuing the SNS serial some how or the other.

Star Plus, Rashmi Sharma, Production Team, Public Relations Team etc don't care about the regular ordinary viewer who after a hard day's work watched SNS for 2 years to see Ahemji confessing his love for Gopi(Gia).

After all these weeks I realized that ordinary people like me can protest the injustice done to Gia (Gopi) but we can't do more than that. Our voices will be heard but no one cares.

@bold - her unprofessional attitude was referred to her participation in JDJ - by the channel - the whole issue started this year in April or May . not sure what happened behind the doors we as viewers will never know about it

and they never said she was unprofessional for the last 2.5 years.. when they did not find her unprofessional during last 2.5 years - why would they fire her..the whole crux of it is with her participation in JDJ - the channel claims her to be unprofessional .. actor tells something else.. viewers should believe what they feel like
