The TRP of Madhubala has been low.
The Production house is superb, The cast is fabulous, Creative Team all big names but whats wrong???
biggest blunder is The Channel COLORS
Actually Colors is known for showcasing Rural india stories like balika vadhu and na aana is des laado.
Colors is responsible somehow for taking women back to stone age. Even Uttaran is a new age story but the treatment u look all those thakur, Thakurain, Haveli...all this rural stuff are put in.
If you observe these housewives putting ghungtaa on head was not there in TV.Ekta Kapoor was criticised a lot but she was far better. Atleast she showed stylist Ramola sikand, Fashionable Komolika and so on. Never were house wives wearing ghungta. Showing a women marrying 5 times is better than showing a educated , decent families living with social taboos and passing the message that wearing ghungta is meant to be cultured. Then men should wear Dhoti and Kurta all time too. Not shirt, Trousers.
The point is other channels have slowly taken the same route but less. STAR PLUS is less affected .diya bati aur hum is exception. The concept is good but again the tretment is highliting rural. Or else star plus other shows are not like this and here comes the point. STAR PLUS Shows like iss pyaar, ek hazaro, pyar ka dard, ek dusre se, saathiya are all updated modern families not stories of thakurs and havelis.
MADHUBALA WAS FIT FOR STAR PLUS not COLORS.
COLORS fan base is the rural belt of north india while STAR PLUS fanbase is among all people and mainly because now star plus is showing heroes as important as heroine.
COLORS is not promoting the show properly, and the fans of colors are people who like ther ghungta kind of story with thakurain, haveli all these things.Uff..terrible.
I MUST SAY A GOOD SHOW IN A WRONG CHANNEL TOTALLY..
COLORS doesnt deserve MADHUBALA because i dont like startegy of colors, always showing women more and more bechari..compared to other channels. I fear they dont turn MADHUBALA in haveli, thakur kind of story by taking the story back to BALRAJ track. U never know these COLORS people.I think these colors people they themselves are Dehatis thats why no progressive look.
