scene 1
After the whole night jagran ceremony, all the women gathered together to pray to LK. Bhoomi prays for arjun's happiness. Baisa tells her that her prayer would definitely be answered for she has devotedly performed the ritual.Gunvanti says that she agrees with Baisa.
scene 2
Bhoomi enters into her room and finds arjun asleep. She gives him a kiss. He wakes up and says that he was waiting for her. Bhoomi tells him that she felt good that he stayed with her for the prayer. Arjun smiles and then tells her that he is very hungary as he had fasted , too.
scene 3
Everyone is gathered in the dining table when vishakha comes and tells that she has lost her diamond necklace. Baisa orders ghanu kaka, sarita, gunvanti and bhoomi to search for it.
scene 4
Bhoomi goes to vishakha's room and started searching there. vishakha tells her that it isn't there as she had searched already. She tells to bhoomi that ever since she had returned, people have been coming in and out in her room like the public place, especially ghanu kaka and sarita. Bhoomi tells her that she will find that necklace. Vishaka says to bhoomi that she is saying this so confidently as if she knows where the necklace is.After vishaka leaves, LK says to bhoomi to remind what vishaka has just said.Bhoomi thinks abt what vishaka had said and wonders whether she had purposely placed it in ghanu kaka's room. She goes to his room and searches his bag. She finds the necklace there and takes it with her.
scene 5
Ghanu kaka and sarita return to the hall and inform Baisa that they weren't able to find it. Vishaka tells them that someone must have stolen it. She orders that they search ghanukaka and sarita's bags.Baisa is against it but ghanu kaka and sarita bring out their bags and search it but the necklace is not there. vishaka is shocked. Everyone sees vishaka with anger and then leave.
scene 6
In her room, vishaka wonders as to where could the necklace have gone. Just then, bhoomi enters and gives her the necklace. She tells her that she had find it in her room but vishakha tells her that it couldn't be in her room. Bhoomi asks her whether it should have been place else. Vishaka gets nervous. Bhoomi then tells her that she knows what she did but didn't want the whole family to find out for it would have ruined ghanu kaka's reputation. She advices vishaka to avoid doing things that would harm others
