if arti will ask him is that true yashji main bak bak bole thi hu , then he can realize they are in front of kids so he may do in a mood like this . of cause aap in ta bak bak bole thi hain qeh mera sare douk ney lagta hai 😳 here i think he will do some sign to her with his eyes like always to make her understand why he say it . then we can see arti say if it that then it ok i will not talk now she leave . in the room he may say artiji i just say it for ansh stop getting angry because he did not win . what do you think

on a more serious note, whenever either of the parents jokes or talks ill about the other parent in front of kids, kids take it very seriously and make a joke about it sometimes disrespecting the parent. I didn't expect Ansh to say this about Aarti! Anyways, PV precaps are always misleading...
