How do you know he/she is THE one? - Page 2

I am not sure whether I will go for love marriage or arranged marriage and also have to instinctively check whether a woman is my soulmate or not. But I learn certain things on what it is to be in a loving relationship. When I am with the woman, whom I really love I will be consistently improving my capability to become a more loving person and that is where the relationship is significant for me. I will take the opportunity to improve my capabilities of caring, compassion, acceptance, understanding, gentleness and tenderness and when I am with the woman I love I am sure I will get many of these opportunities. And for me soulmate is the person with whom I could hone these abilities. We learn Savithri could say once she sighted Satyavan, she knew he was her soulmate and we know she genuinely loved him also and her deeds reflected that. And Satyavan as well as every human being deserves the love, which the partner can give. Everyone both man or woman have to try to cultivate this type of love Savithri had for her partner. We know that there have been Savithri like women in modern age also and one woman with sheer love for her husband could bring him out of the heart disease which doctors said could not be cured. Man can also emulate the love Savithri had for his wife.

its hard to knw but its just feeling of heart which makes us think so...which can change from time and due to situations

Im not saying wrong doings, but might be some habits u have which the person u love doesn't like, but for him u r willing to change.
Last but not the least, And this might sound funny but i belive tht a person CAN control not falling in love wth a person (since im a person in for arrange marriage, which means i only wanna fall in love wth the person i get married to). But whn a person is in love, then it hard to control ur love to him/her, u wud think of the person whereevr whnevr.

You meet thousands of people, you probably get attracted to quite a few.. maybe even fall in love with someone.. but the lifelong, eternal love we are talking about is rare.

I dun believe in soulmates and all those things. But when you feel like staying with one particular person, and without and shame, you are ready do anything infront of dat person or say anything to that person, that u urself were ashamed to even think of it, share evrything and when things go wrong between you and dat person, you try hard, reaallyyy reallly hard to get back and stay wid him/her forever and u r ready to loose anything for dat person, den that's the one :)😊

I don't know but I can't wait to have that feeling, I always thought for this one person perhaps he was the one, but it just wasn't meant to be.

I don't believe in the love at first sight quote. Yes you do feel attracted towards someone but don't call it love. Love is yet to happen.. The slowly love occurs, the better it is for the relationship.

But I have a question... a lot of girls/boys today are getting arrange marriage and they are content. So the next morning after getting married, if one of them updates their facebook status "i found my soulmate" ... is that wrong? No right?

I don't know what is means to be in love with someone because I have not experienced such strong feelings towards any man yet, but I think when you think someone is your soulmate, it's a very deep love. A love that means regardless of anything I will be with and stand by this person, I love this person no matter what happens, and I will be committed to them for the rest of my life.
