What did the Security Guard Say ??

I was just wondering what the security guard might have said in the witness box in yesterday's episode ...That it was Siddhi who fought with Rohit and pushed him... And to think That Vira were present in the court too...
Also why wasn't he punished by the judge for changing his testimony again and again?

Hahaha...Really, the same guy testified. for which Siddhi is now being sentenced ? Didn't he testify for Kunal, then Thakral and now for richa? Why do they make fun of the legal system in such a way, I wonder? and now they want to leap? ...wow, CVs are so brilliant.👏👏👏.

Complete mockery of the Legal system...If this was a real court case in real life , Siddhi will never be found guilty and the biggest punishment she could get was of hit and run chase of accidents and for careless driving...
The witness i.e. the security guard was never reliable after jumping from one testimony to another... Gaurav only proved Kunal was present in the B'day party... And the CCTV footage and mobile recordings were non conclusive proofs...
Based on these proofs you can never convict a person of murder even if in reality he had done otherwise ... .Its not a small crime , we are talking about murder the biggest crime...

And I don't know if you can accuse someone for a murder, but change track in middle of proceedings , drop the charge , then accuse someone else inside the court on the same day and still proceed . This happened not once but twice , the prime accuse jumping from Siddhi to Kunal and back again.. .. Also I don't know if someone(Richa) can interfare and suddenly become the defendent and start producing witnesses this time against the accuse Siddhi... On these instances you would have got another Date after Date in real cases...

Takral being debarred was ok... The security guard would have got punishment for telling 3 different things at three different times... Richa could have got a mild punishment ... And even Kunal might have got community service for lying , taking blame on himself wasting court's time...


But this is Parichay and everything is possible . I wish the Lawyers fraternity of this country raised objections against this .. But in reality our real lawyers are too smart that they will never waste time on this stupid thing...
