chandani’s murder - any witness

just watched july 20th india episode, and this is what i was thinking..........

it could have been stronger if that Mali(gardener) who had washed chandani's feet that day would have witnessed kakisa murdering chandani. and also saloni bringing that mali over, just relying on kakisa's confession in the dark in front of tara(mysteriuos lady at that point) wasn't enough. i think it would have been made stronger if Mali was also brought over, what do u think?

since she confessed in front of police commisnor and so many people. they don't need the witness. She also not only killed chandani but try to kill Saloni as well. She even said that she hated chandani so much. So it was a hate crime confession. She also admitted the motive and everything. So I don't think there is any need for witness.

my mistake... realised only after watching july 27th USA episode, that mali was there only in kakisa's version of story which is actually a lie, while in true story which just Tara revealed, there was no Mali or anyone else.
but it would have been better & stonger to have a witness after all.
