Babuji is depressed as usual, as he stands in the garden. Yashoda, Rimjhim, Maharaj and Khan come along and wonder why Babuji had called them all. Babuji says that they must empty the house by tomorrow. Everyone looks hurt as it the reality hits home (as if they didnt know bah). Babuji explains that the stay order has expired and anyway they had to give up this house sooner or later to the man who is the image of Avinash. He tells everyone to gather their possessions and be prepared to leave tomorrow.
Rakesh and Mohini (his boss) are still at her bungalow in Pune. Rakesh tells her that they must return to Mumbai now especially as there is a meeting to attend. Mohini is looking depressed and Rakesh tells her that her mood has been like this eversince Tanya (her step-daughter) came over. Mohini says that she made a promise to Tanyas dad that she will raise Tanya and love her but Tanya never gave her a chance. Rakesh feels bad for her and Mohini says ok they will go back to Mumbai, but then theres a phone call and its the police as Tanyas been in an accident.
Iravati is crying, the family are gathered around as Babuji tells her that leaving this house is something they have to do. Bua and Iravati are unhappy but Babuji tells them that nothing more can be done and he will leave this house tomorrow. He says hes not forcing anyone to join him but if they want to leave with him then be ready tomorrow and he has made arrangements to stay elsewhere. Rimjhim looks on with intent to do something about it.
Rakesh and Mohini are at the police station and bail out Tanya. They make sure that Tanya and her boyfriend are not hurt. Mohini tells Tanya that she has paid for her to be free. Tanya looks indifferent and says that shes not thankful. Mohini asks her why shes doing this, Tanya says that she wants to make Mohini mad at her. Tanya says that soon she is to inherit the her fathers fortune and property and then Mohini will be the one wanting cash. Tanya thinks Mohini is being fake. Mohini goes away. Rakesh tells Tanya that Mohini does care about her, Tanya replies that Mohini cares about herself.
Yashoda is worrying about Rakeshs absense. Yashoda says that ''hes gone off for business and he himself doesnt know when he'll be back, what kind of business is this where theres no track on days spent''. Rimjhim tells her that business is like that and she should know how busy work can get. Yashoda says that Mohini should ease down on his workload. Rimjhim says that he works her not the other way round so at the moment he has to prove himself and plus he has a whole family to look after. Yashoda doesnt stop worrying.
Anand (Avinash) is sitting at his house, behind him are hung the four photos of his mum, dad, brother and bhabhi all deceased with garlands around the pictures. His wife Shweta stands behind him (looking eerily like Malini with that sari and that look in her eyes). She tells Anand that tomorrow she'l personally throw Babuji and family out of Sukh Santi Sadan and theres nothing they can do about it. Anand sits there with that brooding expression hes had since we first saw him. Shweta walks around and sits beside him. Shweta says ''they will pay for what they did to your family and you will have your revenge tomorrow, they will be on the streets!''. Anand is looking straight ahead as he broods. He tells Shweta that she doesnt have to fall into this. She leans on him and he puts his hand around her as she says that she has seen him suffer day and night and she would be only to glad to see them suffer.
Babuji stands in the middle of Sukh Santi Sadan and looks around and feels really sad about leaving. He sobs and breaks down on his knees. The family come along and Iravati tells him that she'l stay with him forever no matter what conditions they face. Babuji holds her hands and they have a sob. Rimjhim cries. Everyone grabs their personal possessions as they prepare to leave. The family are carrying certain things like a picture of Pratik and the statue of Gopalji close to them as they sadly walk out the house and Babuji looks at the house from the outside as we see the familar words Sukh Santi Sadan written. Then a car pulls up and the Shweta the leggy woman pops out (in a mini-skirt again) along with a cop and a lawyer. She says she brought along a cop to oust them out the house but its good they've already done that. The lawyer them their time is up. Shweta is a meanie. She says she'l dial up a taxi for them to leave in. Poor Babuji looks so sad. Rimjhim says ''Theres no need for that!''. Rimjhim looks at her with serious intent.

Babuji tells Rimjhim what does she think shes upto. She says shes handling it and she has her own lawyer who then speaks.
Shweta arrive home to tell Anand that Rimjhim messed things up. Shweta actual words are very suspicious...as she says ''Rimjhim messed things up...i mean, err that woman, Rimjhim, messed things up''. Hmm..who wud say that if not Malini
