Good Morning/Day/Evening Girls,

Would One say that it was a nice episode, I would !!...A episode which reminded me of placid Lake and Clytemnestra ..

First let me take Placid lake ... what does a imagery of lake bring to u .. A quiet area , quiet with the chirps of birds , the water , a glassy surface with nary a ripple cutting thru the surface exuding a serene, tranquil, unruffled appearance but is it really calm, is it really tranquil ...Isn't the lake teeming with million, billion's of microbes , living,growing dying underneath the surface, the lake their universe.. the Lake would be home to aquatic animals too which would have made the lake its home and yet we are presented only with the unruffled surface for eyes cannot see the churning's happening beneath the surface... the machination hidden by the glassy surface which hides the vibrant life flourishing underneath , the untroubled waters not reflecting the fight for survival that takes place everyday ! How deceptive can the lake be and how deceptive can the episode be ! .. A episode which suggests that things are getting better , A episode where relationships are on the mend but is it on the mend or just appearing to Mend...future will foretell !!

Clytemnestra ... Depending on the version that you have read .. she is either a weak woman who is easily seduced by Aegisthus and there is another terrifying one of a strong woman who seethes at the perceived injustice meted out to her .. Her husband not only sacrifices their daughter but also has the temerity of getting home a new bride .. rage courses through her at this supposed betrayal but does she spew forth any venom.. No, She calmly listens to the reasoning provided by Agamemnon , meekly agrees to accept the new bride as her sister, lays out the purple carpet and invited them into the palace for a feast in celebration of the newly weds Marriage ... The unsuspecting duo walk in where they meet their gory ends at the hands of Clytemnestra !! ...How Oh, How this reminded me of Anjali Y'day ... A woman who seems to have understood what her brother has done for her, A decision which she seems to have accepted to and appeared to be quite placid and calm about , but has she acquiesced to the judgement or is she rebelling in her own way ..will there be consequence for Arnav to pay for Arnav has exposed the chink, his weakness , his Achilles heels ...

The Brother & Sister are in conversation where Arnav is assuring his sister of her importance in his life, telling her he married Khushi not bec he loved her but bec he loved his sister more ..The sister glows in happiness and blesses him !!

The character of Anjali remains true, Here she was feeling neglected, uncared , unwanted, rejected by everyone , coming second best to her Chotte's wife when Chotte himself comes and assures her that it is not the case, that She, Anjali Manohar Jha is the Sun of his universe while Khushi is and will always remain the Moon !!..He gives her what she desperately seeks, assurance, promise that he will never abandon her !!... The happiness that seeps out of Anjali on hearing that her chotte has had his saansein Stopping moment.. Does it come from the fact that Arnav has found a life partner, Does it come about bec of the knowledge that the barren life of Arnav is now bursting with colors of spring , NO, That joy comes cuz Arnav remembers her words , Here she has got her final attestation that She and her words do matter to him... Anjali Jha has not her Chotte to a itsy bitsy girl, Her brother still remains her brother ..All is right with the world again ..But How long before the next convulsions start ...

I had said in my earlier post that the revival of Akash has begun and pretty soon we will see the calm, measured guy in place and voila we saw the Man on Balance again ..The rational man who can think is there , The mature couple have sorted it out and are now re starting their marital life with the promise of being honest to one another.. ..The next test awaits Payal, will she be honest or will she again go for the coverup ?

Finally there is an open acknowledgement between the couple that There is a 3rd wheel in between them in the form of Anjali ..That they do not resent this extra accessory is obvious but does the extra accessory resent them ?... The love Arnav has for Khushi has never been in doubt , He always cared for her even is his hatred phase, It was a feeling that over rode all his senses, his thinking capacity... Khushi provoked a reaction in him that none could ..Over time it grew and matured into that of love , A love filled with tenderness ...but what is not so obvious is the unconditional love that Khushi has for him , She teases him, fights with him ,challenges him appears uncaring of his needs yet she is the first one who heads to Nani and informs her of the truth, narrates it in such a way that now even a whiff of accusation can be laid at his doors ...She who has been insulted, taunted, scolded by all sometimes when she was alone, sometimes in the quiet presence of Arnav cannot take it lying down when fingers lift against her husband .She immediately rushes to his defense and Nani understands her predicament and assures her of her understanding ...

The newly in love Arnav is al out to prove Pati ho to Aisa , After failing to score with the Bag, party he gets her a 5 rupee worth Channe and instantly nets a goal for he is the recipient of her beaming smile .. * So Arnav finally wins the bet of getting her to smile* ...Arnav says something ,scaring Khushi and the result the channe's are falls to the ground and are Scattered !

A scene which oddly reminded me of the Dori scene where Arnav breaks the beads of her Dori ..Then too the beads are scattered and lies unattended and what do we see .. the life's of Raizada's and Gupta's are undergoing upheaval , where the life they had once known was crushed, changed ...Cut to present, Once again the beads are scattered by the words of Arnav, by a startled Khushi but this time around..Khushi stoops to pick it up, begins to collect the fallen beads and restore balance...

The Golden words for me would undoubtedly be Khushi's," I do it with the best of intention but things always deteriorate " ...Yes..Today too Khushi acted with best intention but things as usual will fall apart ..but lets not fear for when Khushi was deciding, Nani comes towards her with flowers on a pooja Thaal...DM is there with Khushi and all things will turn out well

Point to remember... Buaji is brought back, BP is mentioned as is Laddoo and also remember the oath of Buaji !!

Welcome to the Pink Wonderland😃

After 50 shades of grey...Proudly presenting 50 shades of PINK

And payal has finally cracked the code of mending her relationship with Akash...and no it was not his favorite Bhindi ki sabzi..it was his favorite color...PINK...all she had to do was dress up in pink, put a bed flowery pink sheet on the bed...accentuated by the beautiful dark pink quilt...bas phir kiya...looking like vanilla ice cream surrounded by pink tutti fruti...Akash bitwa melted just like mushy goo...😆

The episode today:

The episode started with the brother and sister having a heartfelt conversation where she states that her brother has other priorities in life since he is married..she simply states that all has changed since he had stopped answering her questions... as we all know the only day that happened was when he had married khushi...Arnav vehemently denies that and assures her that she still holds the highest pedestal in his life...as predicted on Friday to assure her he blurts out the truth to his sister and tells her that he married Khushi just because of Anjali & her baby and not out of love..he goes on to state that that day he had misunderstood Khushi of being in Cahoots with Shyam...he then goes on to confess that he has fallen in love with khushi and she is the woman for whom his breath will stop...however he again re-iterates his love for his Di...saying that nothing can and will come in between them...On hearing his feelings about Khushi Anjali becomes genuinely happy and though they have not shown she has somewhere realized that her brother and khushi sacrificed for her happiness that day...

Now comes the confusing part..where everyone is confused about Anjali's stance with Shyam...as we are all aware that he will be making an entry soon...so if Anjali is happy with Arnav and Khushi...this means she believes in the truth they are telling then howcome she will allow shyam back...lets go back to my Analysis of 9th July in IP Redux-0utsider...

If you all notice there are 3 statues in Anjali's room The statue on the console

besides her bed is of Radha-Krishna... the eternal lovers ! There's one more... Goddess Saraswati (goddess of knowledge)... sitting on the lotus ! and then there's Maa Durga in one scene... goddess of strength... sitting on the tiger !

All three were quiet prominently shown...so I am guessing in the order of appearance that she at the moment considers herself Mrs. Anjali Manohar Jha in the first category i.e the eternal lovers...she will then be deceived by her husband and get the all knowing truth first hand and with experience and that too a bitter one,...she will get the knowledge of the true colors of her hubby and that is when we will see the rise of Anjali Singh Raizada...she will then turn into Durgah to bring about his downfall...as Doods always puts it...The execution of Shyam by Anjali!!

So keeping the above in view I am guessing Anjali will meet Shyam and he will ask forgiveness...she will give him a chance to redeem, another shot at a happy life for herself but from within she will be on constant alert for any deception ...so one miss from Shyam and she turns into Durgah for his downfall...or maybe the chance for redemption is only to bring about his downfall...we will have to wait and watch to see how strong Anjali's character turns out to be...

Then there is nani and khushi's scene where Khushi is justifying Arnav's return to her and blaming herself for all that is going on and feels that the brother and sister will have a rift because of her...the guilt ridden khushi is soothed by Nani..who tells her that its natural for hubby and wife to spend time together,...nani then further goes on to clarify Anjali's character more for the viewers than Khushi...where she simply states that Anjali is not angry on Khsuhi and is just disturbed by the happenings in her life...give her a chance as she does not hate Khushi and had always wanted Arnav and Khushi together...

Next comes Akash and Payals pink barbie world thankfully sans mami...i was worried she might pop out from under the blanket between them anytime but thankfully no she wasn't there...anyways Akash has finally had some thought and realized that the Angry young man character is not suiting him well so he is making peace with Payal and wants to revert back to the sweet guy but ab thora sa attitude to rakhna hai na..apart from when Mummy makes a bad remark on Phatti sari and Khoon bhari taang..he is just supposed to give mum an indulgent smile...alay meri coochie coo mummy how sweet she is...I think he watches lamp & wick serial and has learned that like the hero's mum there has an acerbic tongue but she means well and loves all...same goes for his mum and he will be the next Shravan Kumar...and here we thought he was Bharat 😆

Next comes the beautiful scene between sleeping beauty Khushi and an indulgent and adoring Arnav...he talks to her freely when she sleeps and re-assures her that all will be well as Di understand everything has herself said it...he gloats about her losing the challenge and his happy with the fact that she will have to accept him as her husband...he sleeps with a smile on his face and holding her hand with the knowledge that she is with him...however he is in for a surprise...next morning we see Khushi pretending a call with Buaji and lying to Nani about it...and carefully excusing nani's visit to GH...

Enters Arnav who is ready to leave with her but Khushi cuts him off...he promptly understand khushi's statement that he is needed more at RM than at GH...and silently agrees..he then remembers the Channas he had brought and hands them over to her...which promptly earns him a smile...thus making his day......Khushi lies through her teeth left right and center to leave RM and go back to buaji's house...without knowing that she is not the bone of contention between the siblings and also what a havoc she will create in Arnav's and everyone's life by her walk out...

Channas also chick peas: As per Jewish tradition the round shape of the chickpeas represents a hope that the New Year will bring a complete fulfillment of one's wishes.

So Arnav hands over chickpeas to Khushi which are promptly scattered by her...she hastily bends to pick them and gather them together and Arnav helps her with it...The earlier episodes saw khushi bringing Spinach with her which ended up in Arnav's hands...the green color of Spinach represents renewal...

SO from the chickpeas and channas we can safely assume that renewal of their vows and relationship await which promise to bring complete fullfilment to Khushi's hopes and dreams in the form of the grand wedding and Arnav's hopes and dreams in the form of Khushi...BUT

The dialog...Khushi ghutnon per aane ki kiya zaroorat thi..tum waise bhi mujhe apna pati maan sakti thin...well it kind of indicates...that soon Arnav bitwa will be biting his words and would be on his knees begging Khushi to marry him...also indicates that Khushi

Then comes Akash with the black file for Arnav...it kind of reminded of the black contract file...so again an indication that the cat is about to be out of the bag regarding the 6 month contract wedding...

Then comes Anjali Di who takes a step towards Khushi and inquires about buaji's health...to which khushi replies that she is suffering from high blood pressure...combining it with buaji's dialog a few days before...ke sab dosh hamre laddoon ka hi hota hia...implies that Buaji will blow her top off when she finds out the truth of the happenings in RM and Khushi's wedding...Shyam ka tantuwa ab kon bachaye ga..lolz...anyways anjali simply reminds her to take breakfast before leaving...making both Khushi and Arnav happy that Di has started to acknowledge Khushi...however Khushi's attempt to move towards Di are cut short by her as she retreats to her room for rest...

However after seeing the plight of khushi and Arnav's wooing plus nani's initiative with Anjali by bringing the proposal buaji will play a pivotal role in re-marriage..

Arnav purposefully bangs his laptop shut for khushi...once and for all stating that his sagai with laptop is broken..he is no more office ka jamai but only GH ka jamai...

Then comes nani with laddoo for amma and bauji...it kind of resonated the feel of rishta pakka mithai for the brides parents..amma bauji ka mun meetha kerwana...

Arnav has guessed something is wrong with Khushi and is trying to urge it out of her as he can see that she is not her usual cheery self..he has a sense of unease which he will follow up on tomorrow so we will cover it then..

Heya Girls 🤗 ..

I thought to write a Post today..but couldn't make it 😃..than i thought i reserved Frist page Today..

i have to put my thoughts here without any miss 😛..Because i know Redux first page is very expensive 😳😛..we can't waste it easily 😉..

so i came with my poem on the episode 😃..

Most of My friends explian about the episode here very well..so don't go much in to the each every scene..But i worte pomes on Kushi and ASR feelings at today's episode 😃..

so kindly Bare with me 😊..

Arnav Singh Raizada: He is the center pole of many lives. Many things are drawn by him. He defines Raizada house. He is their van guard. He is a grandson whom an aging matriarch draws her strength from. He is a nephew for whom a much materialistic aunt would forgo her prized possessions to bring him back to her life. A cousin brother in relation but much more than a brother whose word is the very law. This cousin will never cross the line drawn by his brother. A son-in-law on whom two mother hens dote on. They went to the extent of learning his favorite pusta and what not. A son-in-law whom the entire Lakshminagar considers their very own.

A brother for a this sister who left distanced because of his wedded status and felt her world tearing apart. A sister who was looking for that consolatory words that would brighten her dark phase. A brother whose very assurance that his sister is still the center of his universe brought a big smile and heart felt happiness on her face. His recollection of her tit bits about love refueled her confidence in him and life in general . She went ahead to mend few things. It was total volte de face. The gloomy atmosphere which had engulfed Raizada house saw some lights lit. Many faces had a smile on their face.

In every sense he is the VochSafer of lives surrounding him. If he is there every wish will be granted and every need taken care of.

Anjali's main priority has always been Arnav. She may be cut off from Shyam right now, but Arnav is still by her side. She derives strength and hope from Arnav's company. When she felt that Arnav is going away from her side, she felt weak, unsupported and unhappy because Arnav was the one person whom all her happiness and life rested on - the one person she shared herself with ever since they were left bereft of their parents.

Since the past few days Anjali has been feeling abandoned and lonely. She felt that her brother was drifting away from her, and she really needed him by her side during the tough period that she is going through. She felt that her importance in his life was being diluted with the entrance of his wife.

All Anjali needed was re-assurance and hope that her brother still considered her to be important. All she longed to hear was that their relationship was as precious as before. Anjali strongly required her brother's presence. At this stage, Anjali only wished to feel wanted, to feel that she wasn't alone in this world like before when they were left to fend for themselves after their parents' death.

Today, Arnav gave all that Anjali wanted, needed and desired since the past unsettling days. He reassured her that nothing will ever change between them, that even if he is in love - she, his Di will still be the most important person in his life. This is what she wanted to hear. Her fears, her insecurities were put to rest by Arnav's loyalty to her. Her wall of support is still with her - she is not alone.

Anjali cheers up considerably only because Arnav's words make her feel important again. Note how she latches on happily to the fact that Arnav remembered 'her' 'saansein ruk jaayegi' lines. "Tumhe yaad tha..." she says to him, pleased that her words have created an impact on him, and that he remembers her lines so well. It immediately boosts up her conviction that Arnav indeed considers 'her' as his 'duniya'. She is not being shoved out of his life, she still holds her position in his heart, she is still 'THE ONE' who Arnav holds in high regard. She is still THE QUEEN.

I'm not getting into the rest of the scene as there were confusing bits which I will just jot down as points later on.

Khushi and Naaniji share a special bond - mutual respect. That is why this bond is very strong. Naaniji consoles and soothes Khushi that Anjali was the one rooting for her and Arnav to get together. Khushi, upset that Anjali thinks of her as the cause of her troubles is slightly relieved on hearing this. Naaniji will always be by Khushi's side, no matter what. As a guide and adviser, she will help Khushi always.

Khushi leaves RM (not sure if it's because of she being the cause of Anjali's distress or if it's to do with the contract). She is so torn at the idea of leaving him and RM that she lies about Buaji, is silent throughout their journey to GH, and doesn't smile when Arnav attempts to sing her 'Aaj mausam hai suhana' song - a song that irritated him out of his depths some months back!

Arnav, unaware of her real intentions is curious about her unusually quiet behaviour but fails to catch her lies. Maybe he will catch them tomorrow?

Payal and Aakash are on to a new start. This scene was well done! No over acting, no lame dialogues, just a sensible husband and a wife trying hard to amend her mistake of hiding the truth from him. Aakash is willing to start on a new note, and Payal is ready to right the wrongs and to build up her husband's and the family's trust all over again. One of the few PayAsh scenes that I really love!

THIS AND THAT

Anjali has got back a piece of her delusional world with Arnav proclaiming that she is still Numero Uno in his life even though he has a wife! Anjali is happy, peaceful and at rest in her fantasy-world, today she got ek chota tukkda of that world - how many more will she get? Shyam may soon give her few more pieces of them - and then what? Brother or Husband - whom will she believe this time around?

Now that she knows that she is still important to Arnav, it doesn't really matter whether Arnav fell in love before or after marriage - as long as she, Anjali still reigns in his life. Knowing this makes her feel that her dream world can still be revived.

I liked the interspersing of Anjali-Arnav conversation with Khushi-Naaniji's conversation. Over there, Arnav was convincing Anjali that she is an important person in his life even after marriage, and there Khushi was disturbed for being the one to spoil the brother-sister relationship. The common base of both conversations - Arnav-Anjali bond. Beautifully done!! 👍🏼

Arnav's talk about love for Khushi. At first it seemed confusing to me when he said that I fell in love with her after marriage. Thought a lot about it and then felt that he said so because, before marriage, even though he did know what he felt for her, the depth of love was not formed yet between them. It was only after the whole kidnapping fiasco, and nearly losing her that deepened his love for her - along with witnessing her love for him, which made it much more strong and clear. Okay, I'm still not convinced with my own thoughts... did he say it just to make Anjali feel better? Just like he did with the bouquet of roses? Did he downplay it to minimize her feelings of insecurity? 😕 Thinking...

Talking to Khushi while she sleeps: The one time he can talk on un-interrupted by Khushi. 😆 Loved the whole scene, the gladness in his eyes that his Di is thawing toward Khushi, that things will slowly get better for everyone, and the satisfaction of having Khushi as his wife - a relationship that he once never believed in - he now revels in it!

Arnav is getting better at knowing what makes his wife happy. After 2 lakh bag, a gorgeous saree, and cake/decoration, he brings her her favourite munching snack - channa! How observant, thoughtful and caring!! The bright smile on Khushi's face was more than enough reward for Arnav! Arnav is learning, that it is the 'Little things in Life that Matter the Most'... 😊

Anjali spoke to Khushi after all days of cold silence. Fresh wounds take time to heal, and Anjali moving away as soon as she noticed Khushi make a move toward her, she immediately made it clear in a subtle way that she has not yet warmed up to Khushi. A part of me feels that after her conversation with Arnav yesterday, this move was partly out of her sincere good feelings for Khushi that were there before Shyam was thrown out, and partly out of love for her brother. 🤔

Arnav noting that Khushi is behaving differently. This man has come to know his wife so well now. Her incessant chatter was missing, her smile was nowhere to be seen, tears in her eyes... he also asks if there is something else on her mind that is troubling her! I'm impressed... 😳 plus, he tried to cheer her up by reciting her own song! How sweet. ❤️ Not to forget, he was ready to go to his Sasural ek jiffy mein! Itna pampering he gets there, unlike at RM where he has to pamper his sister and sambhalo the weight of the house! Total cute husband!! 😃

"Khushi... tum...?" ... "Hum Chalte hai...": She knows he wants to be reassured that she will return to him, hence his question "Khushi, tum...?" ... but what does she tell him? "Hum Chalte hai"... not "Hum Aate hai"... She is leaving him, out of love for him. Knowing that he won't like it one bit and would put his foot down if he knew the truth... but for how long can one really lie to their soul-mate?

CV's: Shaatir dimaagh waale, huh? 😛 Sabko chup kara diya aaj!!! Naughty, naughty... complete turn around on almost everyone's hypothesis, predictions and gyaan about Anjali! Having the last laugh out there na... chalo, hum bhi join kar lete hain... laughter is good for health after all, chahe the joke is on your bashers and intellectuals or not! 😉

Request to CV's: Please explain why Arnav said that his love story with Khushi started after marriage, when Anjali herself was witness to the blooming love between Arnav-Khushi before marriage. Also, why did Khushi leave RM? Because of the Contract? Or because of being Anjali's thorn in life?

A placid lake hides a lot of secrets, a placid lake can be filled with ripples at any given moment. A placid lake needs just one small pebble to disturb it's surface! A brother-sister bond like none other..

A brother who wanted to keep everything in his sister's world intact and protect her from any heart ache.. Who time and again promised her that he would do anything for her happiness.. For whom nothing else mattered except his sister's happiness.. Whose sister was his whole world..

A sister who always prayed for her brother's happiness.. Who always wished that he finds that significant other in his life who will forever light up his world.. Who will banish the darkness from his world.. Who will give him so much love that he will forget his past...and start living in the present for a brighter FUTURE..

She saw that person who could change everything and return her brother's happiness in Khushi.. A Khushi who could make him smile.. Khushi who had started bringing him out of his shell... Khushi, with whom he smiled and laughed.. Khushi who irritated him to no end.. But she could see his love for her.. Khushi whose presence made his eyes light up!

She saw her brother change for Khushi.. She saw a different side to him.. She would have been on the seventh sky if she had seen him like this some other time..

But as fate would have it, she witnessed their blooming love when her Love had been crippled.. She felt for the first time his priorities changing at the time she needed him the most.. She understood that things change after marriage and when you are in love.. But what she failed to understand that how could her Chhote desert her at this time..

All she wanted was for him to reassure her that no matter what he will always be there for her.. He will never leave her side.. He will always be her warrior, a support, a shoulder to cry on.. a friend to rely on..

Today Arnav reassured his sister.. that there was no reason for her insecurities.. He told her that She holds a a place in his heart which no one else could take.. He told her that nothing and no one could come between them.. That she has been and always will be the most important part of his life.. He answered the question which he refused to answer before.. He told her the reason he married Khushi.. The only reason he married Khushi was because he wanted to safe guard her and her child's happiness..

My interpretation of Anjali-Arnav conversation: She is listening intently to him.. when he tells her that he married Khushi for her sake, she is surprised... When he says that he thought Shyam and Khushi.. She looks down.. As if mulling it over or realizing that Arnav was aware of shyam's deception for a long time... And when he says he did not marry her for love but her and her child's sake.. I guess she is realizing his sacrifice... And there was a slight smile on her face when he says that he started loving Khushi after marriage... And then she becomes ecstatic that he remembers what she used to say about finding the girl without whom his very breath would stop.. Happy to know that finally he had found a person for whom he felt like that... A person he loves very much.. And ecstatic to realise that her place in his world is still INTACT..

I think she is also happy that he was not trapped into this marriage because Khushi was a gold digger as Shyam suggested...

Well lets see.. A lot of us were disappointed that Arnav told Anjali that he married Khushi for her sake.. not because he loved her.. And we called him a liar..But was he really lying?? My argument in Arnav's defense... He did love Khushi... But he had not realized the depth or meaning of it.. He had not given a name to what he felt.. He himself had not realised that the emotion which he was feeling was love.. He knew farak padta hai.. but he didn't know that it was because he was deeply in love.. Before he could figure out what he really felt and what it meant for him.. The terrace happened.. All thoughts of love forgotten...

Deep down in his subconscious, his decision to marry Khushi was for her sake also... But even he did not know that.. All he knew at that time was that he had to make Khushi unreachable to Shyam.. And his mind could come up with only one solution.. To bind her to HIMSELF.. So he was not lying when he told Anji that..

It was only after marriage his love which had died a premature death was revived and blossomed under Khushi's not so gentle care.. Only when faced with the fear of losing her Forever did he confess to himself and her that

"is pyaar mein sach Jhooth ka Koi matlab nahi hai.. bas matlab hai to ek baat ka.. ki main hamesha, hamesha"

A sentence he did not finish then.. But today he confessed to his sister that he cannot live without Khushi.. And he loves Khushi very much.. But that does not mean he does not love his di.. He loves her too..

Payal and Akash

Over the past days, Akash has been realising that perhaps he was too quick to condemn Payal.. His Dadi repeatedly supporting her and Khushi perhaps made him see the error of his ways.. And Payal's genuine attempts to win back his trust finally thawed he heart and emotions..

The husband and wife finally made their peace and decided to move on and start afresh.. And they will mend the things that are not right..

A man trying very hard to balance things in his life.. Trying hard to maintain an equilibrium between his love and responsibility for his di and his love and responsibility for his wife.. The brother in him will always have an upper hand.. But the Husband in him is inching close..

He who never shared his feelings, his joy or for that matter any part of him with anyone.. Shared his hatred, his smile, his laughter, his anger and FINALLY his love with KHUSHI..

His day is not over till he talks to her.. Till he gets his fill of her beautiful and serene face.. And he knows that only time she would listen to him or let him speak is when she is sleeping.. (loved the smirk here) Otherwise he would have to threaten her to keep quiet and then things heat up and he ends up saying things he does not want to say in the first place..

He knows that Khushi was worried that finding them together in such a romantic setting upset di and now he knows she equally cares for Di.. He reassures her that he talked to di and she is coming around.. She believes him that he was not lying.. She is beginning to understand.. he promises her that everything will be fine slowly..He reminds her again that she lost the bet.. She came running in to his arms and now she has to accept him as her husband.. He holds her hand and finally was able to sleep knowing that she is by his side and has accepted him..

A new day begins and he realises that Khushi is upset about bua ji's health.. He wants to go with her but she tells to stay back and take care of di.. He begins to lose temper but immediately reins it and giver her a peace offering in the form of her favourite chanas.. Little uncertain about her reaction.. Wondering will this gift also suffer the same fate as earlier gifts.. But a smile lights her face up..

He startles her and she drops some chana.. bends to pick them.. he kneels down with her and once again reminds her that she has to finally accept him as her husband as she lost the bet.. His reminder seems to sadden her immensely.. There is definitely something much more brewing under the surface.. What it is.. we have to wait and see...

He drops her to GH, he realises that something more is troubling her.. she was unnaturally quiet.. Something else that has brought frown to her face.. He like a good and understanding husband tries to reassure her.. not to worry.. Puts a reassuring hand on her shoulder.. tries to cheer her up.. with a reminder of her song mausam hai suhaana.. Urging her to see the beautiful world around them.. when she is still sad.. he lifts her chin up, looking into her eyes.. She again uses bua ji as an excuse.. The husband in him not satisfied with her response.. does not want to let her go.. Does not want to see her sad.. Wants to know what is the actual reason.. But being stone walled by her.. He has given up for NOW.. but will he ever give up? I don't think there is a word or phrase about giving up in ARNAV SINGH RAIZADA's dictionary!!!

The turning point..

The turning point in today's episode was definitely when Anjali asked Khushi what was wrong with bua ji.. And asked her to have breakfast before leaving...

Was it because after Chhote's admission of love, she has realised the importance Khushi holds in his life? Was it because she is trying to get order back in the house hold the way she got it back after their sudden marriage?? Was it because she has something up her sleeve and she is going to manipulate those around to her tunes?? It is yet unanswered..

But me thinks that after her conversation she has realised what these 2 people have sacrificed for her.. How much Khushi had to suffer.. and she is trying to mend her relationship.. She is taking baby steps..Of course everyone must have noticed how she withdrew to her room when Khushi tried to walk towards her..

Warning her to take things slowly.. or was it warning her that this is all just play acting??? Huh.. we will have to wait and watch.. 😊

They are the ones capable of giving us a new hopeful beginning after a cliffhanger after which everyone was sure would end in tears... But it led to an emergence of perhaps a new understanding between the brother and sister..

Anjali, had been a person who had been happy with the world she had created around her. A perfectly dotting brother whose life revolved around her and a perfect husband who was ready to do anything for her happiness. A family that would pamper her and fulfill every wish.

It had been merely three days since her world came crashing down. Her husband had been blamed left and right for cheating on her and even attempting to murder her brother. Her brother himself had without her opinion thrown her husband out and claimed to put all his trust in his wife. The wife, the girl who had distanced both the men away from her in minutes in from of her own eyes. the girl who her brother is head over heels with and her husband spellbound by.

The insecurities gathering inside her with the feeling of abandonment by her brother, spilt out today. The fact that Arnav is in love has changed his priorities. and it could be defined as a positive perspective of life but with a person like Anjali who is trapped inside a phase of denial and depression with fluctuating pregnancy hormones, it isn't a good thing. She is the one being the center of Arnav's world and that spotlight is currently being shared by Khushi who is seemingly taking over that spotlight. Anjali is delusional and will by all means first try to get that perfect world of hers back. She will want her Chotte back to pay all his attention to her and her husband back by her side.

The Conversation

The episode had started with the Anjali, Arnav conversation. We have two people over here both insecure about their positions.

Arnav since he had been rescued by Khushi, had been deeply insecure about losing Khushi. He is in no way going to loose Khushi at any cost, given only the choice that he can force her to be by him. When two people converse on any certain topic, hey pick up the facts that either effect them or hold any meaning for them. Arnav's focus was how the relationship he shares with his sister has changed because of the place he's given to khushi in his life.

Jab se tumhe pyaar hua he, tab se sab badal gaya.

Jab se tum ne hamare sawaloon ke jawab dena choore hain, tab se sab badal gaya Choote, sab badal gaya!

What the Harvard brain had to handle was another of the deals where he could show the other one that its profit for them and profit for him without any loss, which very well isn't possible. There is always the risk. He pinpointed the fact that yes indeed he does love Khushi, but it wasn't until he married her. He had initially thought HER TO BE INVOLVED with Shyam, that degrades her in his perspective. & alsothe fact that Khushi may have paved way in his heart, she wouldn't be taking the place of her [Anjali]. Simple and convincing way that whatever Anjali thinks isn't wrong BUT the thought that Anjali isn't the most important person and his priorities are changing isn't true.

Arnav was in love with Khushi all along before marriage and he had realized that, which clears that that was the reason he was going up to the terrace to confess his love for her. That love was there but with time it had been deepening and with Khushi loosing her life in his arms had made Arnav realize the importance she holds for him. It is after loosing one thing, a person realizes what importance that thing held for him and that had what happened with Arnav. He had feared loosing Khushi before to but he hadn't lost her completely but this time, he had lost her, nd knows the importance she holds.

Ever since her world has crumbled, her brother hadn't made any special effort to spend time with HER. He sure have checked on her, kept tabs on her routine but he wasn't there the whole day beside her and pacing back and forth in worry for her like previous times. For Anjali, her brother's attention has been shifted from her, towards Khushi. She has realized the importance Khushi holds for Arnav and the depth of that importance.

Anjali picked up what ever concerned her. She did realize that khushi is the person in her brother's life but what she wanted all along these days was the confidence of Chotte, and that she got back today. Chotte remembering what she had said a year ago, had brought a smile on her face and just the fact that he still claims her to be the most important person in his life, was enough for her.

She was happy entirely on the bases that she is the sole person to hold in important place in her brother's life but left the impression that she is happy with Arnav and khushi's relationship. Anjali may be selfish on her own terms but when the truth will be disclosed, smacking her in face, she will realize that her cold and ignorant attitude wasn't much of a use.

Khushi - Nani Equation

Khushi had blamed herself before getting a confirmation from Arnav in return and today witnessing the rift between the brother sister, she again blames herself. It is a part of her nature that she comes to blame herself entirely for any misfortune. It isn't weird that she does that because she had been used to receive this kind of behavior from the beginning. the break up in Payal's first wedding and the shift from Lucknow to Delhi are such examples.

Today, she again blames herself and Nani tries to remove such doubts from her mind. nani ji had always respected Khushi like Khushi respect her. She believes her and understands the situations she has been in.

The Akash- Payal Equation

Akash has given their relationship a second chance by considering that somewhere Payal is right and it had been a right decision to keep the truth hidden but the feeling of the betrayed trust lingers within him. Though he has considered Payal's apologies but he still hasn't approved that Khushi hid the truth. "Jo kuch bhi Khushi ne kiya, woh pher se nahi hina chaihye!"

The rift between them hadn't subsided but is traveling on a lower tide.

Arnav and Khushi

Abb sab theek ho gaye ga

This single sentence spoke not of his comforting her but that whatever has been drifting apart would pull together again. In a way he was soothing himself that "All will be well".

Jab tum soo rahe hote ho tou tum se baat karna asan ho jata hai

He still hasn't opened herself completely to her yet, but is gradually moving towards that path.

He places his hand in hers, gripping it tightly and then falls into a deep slumber. What more should be defined to say that he needs her!

The morning brings another turn of events for them. Khushi puts Bua ji's health to leave the house where she had been bonded by a mere contract. Arnav walks in just the moment she declares her decision to leave and wants to come along, not leaving her side.

*It probably doesn't hold much importance but since last few days, it has been few prominent colors that khushi is choosing to keep in the cupboard. Today, she was shown to stuff the red dress in the bag. Red being the color of love and passion, its quite evident that she is ever since her birthday trying to suppress her love for Arnav.

The gift of channas, or as we call it sweet peas are a gifted by Arnav to Khushi. They are shown to represent hope and conformity, with Arnav and Khushi exchanging them it shows a hope for their relationship. there's still a chance especially with such an ever-forgiving wife.

Beauty and The Beast

Bella the beauty left the beast's mansion after she completed her stipulated stay with him..as they stayed together a midst their differences and friendship... they fell in love... the love changed the beast into a prince at heart...

Khushi has completed what she had vowed to do...She proved her innocence,rid the rotten apple Shyam from the family, saved her love from the claws of death,... what Sundari (Khushi) did not bargain for was her love ❤️ transforming Shaitan to the Rajkumar... who would come asking everyday "tum mujhe apna pati manogee"..

Khushi's heart cried for the acceptance but her mind denied"nahi Shaitan"... She knew the key to her prince's well being was his sister's happiness...if she listened to her heart then his happiness would wither... so with a lie, and tears welling up in the pretty eyes she chose to leave forever...

Arnav didnot know what brought gloom on the lively face he adored... he tried to lift those clouds of worry and sadness from her countenance for the much needed ray of sunshine... her innocent smile... but his every effort just brought more tears... it made her heart more heavier on the thought what she is leaving behind... Khushi has left her real happiness for the man she loves the most...in the hope that his world his Di never has to feel sad again...

As she leaves she hears Di speak to her...her joy knows no bounds... the tie that binds the brother and sister is on the mending path...It further deepens her belief she is doing the right thing... fading away from their lives...

Whenever Khushi found herself to be the cause of a problem... she withdrew in her shell putting on the mask of happiness...She withdrew from speaking the truth of Shyam when she learnt it would cause Anjali unhappiness, she withdrew from winning the fancy dress competition when she learnt that the money was needed by Mami's friend...she withdrew from sharing the pain of being cheated by Shyam so that her sister can have the wedding of her dreams...

Arnav the Rajkumar promises his sleeping beauty Khushi that the household would return to normalcy and she will accept him as her husband... but his words have not reached her mind for the desired assurance...

Will Arnav be able to look beyond and understand her actions? ...Will he realize that her wishes and hurt is not known to anyone except the two stars that shine bright over the horizon... Will he finally become the person who can distinguish between the fake and a genuine smile?

Is the much loved suicide act up for another enactment...to bring forth Khushi's true feelings?😛 And a proper marriage to put a seal on their love..The upcoming episodes will tell the tale...

Saansein Ruk Jayengi...

The sister complained that the brother has forgotten and disrespected their sacred bond...She was an outsider in his world... he had shunned her answers... left her wandering to search the truth in a maze of deceit,accusations and lies... He tells her the truth... his marriage was born out of love to protect his sister and her unborn child...He believed Shyam and Khushi posed a danger to his sister's world therefore the hasty marriage and his silence... He fell in love with Khushi after marriage and realized as Di had said he had finally met the girl without whom he would forget to breathe... He loved Khushi a lot but he loved his Di too... his sister was the one who had brought the sweet oasis of love in his arid life...

Arnav also subtly conveyed to Anjali that he didnot throw Shyam out of Shantivan on the words of Khushi alone...He had used his mental faculties to arrive at the judgement...Blind love will not colour true reason for him..

Anjali finally received some answers from her Chotte...she was happy to be the centre of his life again...Her brother had not abandoned her... The bond of the brother and sister had it's own special exulted place in their life and spousal relations would never be able to destroy it completely..

Will the brother sister tie remain equally strong in the wake of the upcoming storm? Remains to be seen...

A restored faith in her brother makes the sister take the first step of cordiality with the sister-in-law...

The storm has passed... and the rebuilding has begun.. Relationships are still weak... wounds have not yet healed...may the next storm await a little longer before an assault... if not then irreparable damage awaits...

Why "Lake Placid"?

Yesterday's episode has left me confused on many counts. I am approaching this show as a lay viewer. I am thinking as a common viewer would… hell! I am a common viewer. I go to work, come back in the late afternoon, take care of house and child and then settle down to a half hour in front of the idiot box, which proceeds promptly enough to make an idiot out of me?

No, I am not liking it! I am not liking it one bit!

So, I proceed to break down yesterday's episode… character by haracter…

Anjali

Frankly, I am confused. In Friday's episode, she was all unhappy and wilting and then suddenly enraged and miffed that her brother had lied to her and was spending a romantic evening with his wife. It didn't help either that the said wife was someone she was trying to forget existed and was carefully avoiding for the past few days. Today, as soon as Arnav gave her an explanation of how much he still loved his Di, how he had married Khushi for his Di and her baby's sake, how he had fallen in love with Khushi only after the wedding, Anjali was suddenly willing to be convinced. When Arnav said that he came to know he was in love with Khushi, because he remembered what Anjali had told about the "saasein ruk jayegi" stuff that she used to spout at him… Anjali looked overjoyed. She was smiling and cooing and generally babying her baby brother…

WHAT THE???😕

Wasn't this lady pining for her dear departed (thrown out by the seat of his pants) hubby? Wasn't she whining and wilting and generally scaring the rest of her family to death on account of the great upheaval in her life? How come she was so easily distracted? And that is not all; suddenly she decides the next morning to come out of her self-imposed restrictions and to join the rest of the family downstairs. Also she seeks out Khushi of all people for small talk. She is polite to the very person she was trying to avoid for the past few days. Everyone heaves a sigh of relief. But when a relieved and touched Khushi moves forward towards Anjali, she makes an excuse and removes herself from there.

Again I ask, "why lake placid"?

Is the peaceful, calm demeanor of Anjali Shyam Manohar Jha hiding something far from attractive? Is the monster within? Or is she paving the way for the monster to enter from outside? I, for one, am keeping my fingers crossed on this one!

Arnav

Pretty straightforward, I thought. A lonely man. A man with a traumatic past. A boy who lost his mother in a heartbreaking manner. A man who was scarred by his past. One who had erected walls and fortresses around his heart. One whose life revolved around his Di.

So far, so good!

Then one fine day, against his inclination and (?)better judgment, he found himself falling in love. For some reason known only to Her, Devi Maiyya decided to gift him with Her most precious and beloved child. She dropped Khushi Kumari Gupta in his lap.😊

Arnav fought, he protested, he rejected point blank, but Devi Maiyya refused to take "No" for an answer. So, in the end, he said, "What the hell! If I can't get rid of her, I might as well keep her!"😆

Besides he had started to read the signs… yup! He started to get the hang of the aesthetic method of story-telling.😆 Guided by his Di, he figured out soon enough what was happening… intelligent boy that he is.👏

But the thing is in his journey of love he had hurt the very person he was in love with not once but several times. So now he is in a fix. His lady love is thinking of leaving him; she is giving him odd signals; signals that tell him that she is not happy with him…

WHAT THE…!!!

How can she be not happy with him! He is the ASR! She has no option but to be happy with him; he won't let it be otherwise. So he goes all out to get her to accept that he is the one for her.

Immersed in his "Khushi ko Manaao Abhiyaan," he unwittingly hurts his Di. Di feels left out, let down, abandoned. So he goes to her and explains himself. And succeeds!! Just how did he manage that?

He tells his Di that she was the most important person in his life

He married Khushi for her sake and the sake of her child

He implied that he knew of at least some aspects of Shyam's truth at least from the time of his marriage to Khushi. But he carefully avoided imparting the whole truth.

He states that he was not in love with Khushi at the time of his wedding and that he fell in love with her afterwards. (I know most are saying that Arnav is lying here, but I humbly beg to differ. What Arnav meant was that he was not in love with Khushi at the time of the wedding. Whatever soft feeling he had been feeling for her prior to that had been effectively blocked by the sight he saw on the terrace that night. But his love was reawakened later, slowly but surely he was drawn back to Khushi during the months that they were together.)

Step one accomplished! Di khush!

Over to step 2…

Back to Khushi! He is not used to romantic gestures to woo the women in his life. He never had to do that. Women wooed him, not the other way round. Too bad! Khushi Kumari Gupta didn't fall into that category. Arnav is confused. How in the world is he going to convince her to stay with him? He assimilates his facts…

He loves Khushi… 😉 check

Does Khushi love him… 😊yes she does!... err😕… does she? What the…!!!😲 Of course she does. Besides what if she doesn't? I have not given her any other option, have I? So she better stay put. So there!

Khushi wants to leave him! Why though? Now he is really puzzled. Why would any woman in her senses want to leave him?😕 Ahhaa! That explains it. Khushi was never in her senses. Look at the girl! Poor thing! She is crazy!😆

On thinking further, he also reasons out that she may be feeling guilty about what happened in his sister's life. So he thinks he has taken care of that too. He explained to his sister. And his sister is now happy.

He sets about wooing his wife and to do him credit, he is getting the hang of it now. But he senses that all is not well. He tries to get her to talk, but fails. He is noticing things about her though. She is not as talkative, she is trying to avoid him… but he thinks he can solve the problem. He thinks he has got time on his side. He will solve the problem once he finds out what it is.😊

Poor Arnav! Hope he won't be too shocked when disaster strikes. He is pretty clueless now. In his false sense of security, he will be shaken pretty badly when the attack comes. This time he is going to be attacked from two sides… Anjali Di and Khushi.

Khushi

She had fallen into the lap of a beast. She hated the beast. Then she met a prince. She fell in love with the prince. One day, the prince transformed into the beast and hurt her. She withdrew into a shell. But she forgave the beast. The beast found that he couldn't do without her. So he tried beastly ways to get her back. But when he saw how much he was hurting her, the beast stopped. Slowly the prince re-emerged. The prince by now has come to a firm decision. He wants her. So he attacks the fortress all guns blazing. She stood no chance… she keeled over once more. But, but, but… once again she got burnt. This time quite badly. Khushi was forced into a marriage. Not that she had an aversion to the groom; in fact, far from it! It was the manner in which she was married, the aftermath and Arnav's manner towards her that hurt her. She didn't know why she was being punished. Every time she asked for an explanation she was rebuffed. Being a sunshine girl, she very soon won over her family and his, but he remained aloof and sometimes even cruel. In between, he softened enough to confuse her further. When she finally found out the reason, she was shattered. When he refused to accept her explanation, she was wounded. Then he went missing. During the time apart, they found each other again. He witnessed the limits to which she would go for his sake. She almost lost her life trying to save him. They were re-united, but at the cost of his sister's marriage. All through the traumatic events, she was comforted by his presence by her side. She knew he was hers. They were together… the way they were meant to be.

Hence, she was shaken when he turned on her in a fit of rage and held her accountable for his sister's pain. It wounded her soul. She knew that this fact would always be between them. Even if he stopped talking of it, she would remember and be hurt. She also knew that at least a few of his family members also thought the same. She decided to leave. He regretted his actions immediately. He came back to her to apologize. Found her on the verge of leaving him. He stops her… first by apologizing and telling her he didn't mean it, … and when that didn't work, by bringing up the contract. This hurt her even more.

Here she was thinking that all their differences had been laid to rest and that they were free to live their life, with each other, when the above two bombs were dropped on her head… blame for his sister's pain and the contract. She is confused now. Thinking through, she comes to the conclusion that she will leave him. She has been working towards this for the past few episodes. She is distancing herself from him, professing to be unhappy with whatever he does for her, avoiding him and shutting herself away from him. What he does to get her back, what she does to counter him and what the repercussions of the eternal ARHI dance are going to be on their respective families… we will have to wait and watch.

He has decided to forgive Payal for hiding Shyam's truth. Suddenly? Why? He saw his Bhai romancing Khushi, the root cause of the Raizada Earthquake and thought to himself…"if Bhai can get some action in these bleak times, I can too!"

So he says magnanimously to Payal, "I forgive you, I understand that you are not wholly🥱 at fault." Then Mr. Perfect goes on to warn his wife that any more Khushi-like mistakes on his wife's part will not be in the future forgiven.🥱 Mr. Pinkoo (name: courtesy Bushy and Bee😆) Singh Raizada and his wife kiss and make up.

What exactly is Junior Raizada holding Khushi responsible for?

I am waiting for more. Right now she is happy to accept her husband's peace offering. She has forgiven her sister's attempts at interference. She came across as dignified and sensible even in her anger and subsequent apology.😃 But I want her to be strong and ready when her husband gets shirty again. For something tells me, this is not the end of the PAYASH saga.

Mami

She was always on the sour and acidic side. But we have all sees her soft and gooey side too.😃 She is at the moment, a mother hurting for one of her children. She is so focused on that one child that she has become blind to the havoc occurring in the lives of her other two children. The day she realizes that Arnav too has suffered and is suffering, I think we can expect a thawing.

Nani

Now, this is one sensible lady. Her years have given her the admirable ability to see from everyone's point of view. She is striving to keep her family together and has succeeded to an extent. Good Luck! Nani! She has seen a lot in her life. She had lost a beloved daughter, brought up the said daughter's damaged offspring. Years of experience her taught her to differentiate between right and wrong and to identify and innocent victim of circumstances. Or is it experience? Did she in the past make the same mistake as Mami seems to be doing now?

There, I have tried my best at decoding them all… I read through what I have written and come to the conclusion that I am still confused…

I had better sit back and watch the show…
