Yes. Samarth is Kammna's brother.

DK has been getting threat notes and phone calls from someone. The threat caller always tells him to stop the marriage or else DK will die. DK doesn't care and still goes on with the marriage. Then one day he is gonna get kidnapped at the marriage and people will find out that Samarth was behind this. Samarth did this for Kammna's happiness and this was DK's punishment. Poor DK....
