Guys first of all i want to say that sorry if this has been posted before it's just i don't visit this site i only stay in the kyph site (kaisa yeh pyar hai) but i suddenly saw this article so i thought i'll post it here since all you guys love baa baho baby... and she is a part of baa baho baby....
Baa Ki Gyan!
You have been seeing Gattu and the family, going through all the trials and tribulations to get a Gattu a job, here is Baa's address on various issues that matter!
Upset with Gattu's incessant childish deeds and behaviour to become independent, Baa finally allows Gattu to move out of the house in search of a job, handing-over Gattu's responsibility to Anish. Anish and the rest of the family are training him to be a matured man.
Baa has thereby ordered him to stay away from home and kids in the day, and finally packs him off, with just a tiffin!
Shocked at this, the family members go all out to support and help Gattu in every possible way, while Anish and Pravin try to find him a suitable job. Praveena pampers him with food, although both she and Leela react to Anish and Parvin's idea to get Gattu the work of a peon, but Meenaxi justifies it calling - 'work is God!' And that one must not shy away from working, no matter what its nature may be.
Indya.com spoke to Baa to find out what she has to say about all the latest happenings in the family!
Just last week the Bahu's won the contest, now why is Gattu on Baa's line of fire - I'm just worried about him. He is innocent, pure at heart and he has to go into this big bad world.
Family's reaction... Well, they all are surprised, but let's give him a chance. He's making an effort to be more responsible, he's very obedient that way. Every person needs a chance to prove themselves and I'm proud that he has realized that he wants to grow up.
An insight on what Baa thinks about these issues - I believe people should be given an opportunity to prove themselves. Every body has a degree of confidence in them. Participating in such activities and taking an initiative, brings about a change in the person and increases their confidence. They gain a certain amount of self - respect. It's not necessary whether you win or lose. It's the effort and initiative itself.
On parenting and children wanting to be independent... Well parents should be friendly with their children, yet at the same time teach them discipline. You cannot just spoil them like that, as they need to become responsible individuals. When you know that they are responsible enough, you can trust them completely. Then you know that they themselves are ready to be independent. There should be a degree of understanding between the two of them. Children too should not take their parents for granted and should inform their parents about their whereabouts, so that their parents know that their child.
On children moving on in life and on earning one's bread... It's a good sign that your kids are becoming independent, responsible and mature persons. Every member in our family is equal. And earning definitely helps in contributing to family expenditures. Even if you earn Rs. 100 there is dignity. One has to begin from small. Hard work pays.
On mother-in-laws who want perfection... Well, basically a saas will want her children to do well. If need be she should correct them, but not unnecessarily interfere in their affairs. Their relationship should be that of friends. And besides I'm against parents who just give their children fast-food as they have no time to cook. You need to make time for your child's nourishment (physical and emotionally). A certain amount of discipline is required.
On Saas-Bahu dramas… I find most of these saas bahu dramas very unrealistic. Would you ever find people being overly dressed at home in fancy sarees? It's gaudy!
While a serial like Baa Bahoo Aur Baby definitely appeals to the middle-class family. It touches you inside.
For a happy family... One has to have loads of positive attitude and a positive approach to how you deal with situations. Work hard to achieve things and above all there has to be support to each other and no degree of jealousy. If incase your brother or sister is doing well, while you are not, be happy for them. After all they are your own blood.
