I think she's right, but I think the innocence of the 90s might be too melodramatic for these times...like Rajshri last few flicks. But there are directors who make family entertainers with no double meaning jokes and complete innocent fun. However, I don't think that appeals to everyone.

BTW: BB wasn't THAT innocent IMO.

There was never any innocence in mainstream Hindi films...😆 Especially not when Juhi was a mainstream actress- should I remind her of all her kissing scenes and rain/towel/swimsuit/double meaning songs? 😆😛

Btw I have seen 3 clean films (yet not fantasy or unreal or nonsensical) in the past week- Hulla, Dhoondte Reh Jaaoge and Khosla Ka Ghosla (for the 3rd time now!). None of them have big stars!

I think she is right innocence is missing!! Most of the girls aren't even wearing indian clothes anymore can't dance indian classical, just do western steps or bellydance with dancing lol or can't even speak proper hindi. I guess society is changing so are the movies. But watching indian movies with your parents lol can't do it anymore hhaha. 😃 I guess Juhi has a problem girl wearing short clothes but didn't she do it also. Yeah innocent indian girl roles of villages are missing I agree. I think she done a lot of it. If she means that I understand it.

even my 24th year old brother misses the childhood movies where we could actually see it was a bollywood movie

yes she did wear mini skrits.. but in the same movie she weared desi dresses too

like in dublicate in a song or two she wears mini's then the next and the whole movie saree and salwar kameez
