I remember myself and others were voicing against nonsense in Iss Pyar ko...and ASRs treatment of Khushi and it was women who defended ASR and thought it romantic the way he treated her..pretty shocking because one of the responders actually admitted to her husband "mandhandling" her here and there...and it was okay!?

Same with other serials..you will see the guy and his silly gang hassling the main lead and the girls gush over it
