If viput could add feel in the song, might be better. tried to enjoy his songs but sorry to say that I found his all songs fake.

I totally agree!! I was really waiting for this show to start and this is what we get. I'm so annoyed with most of the song choices they do, I like both Kaushik and Ritika but look at the songs they chose for the sunday episode "main to raste se jaa raha tha," I mean its a good fun song but not something which would exhibit your talents and capabilities to the judges and audience. 😡

II5 was the first II I ever watched, and may be bcz of the last season's standards I had so high expectations. I still remember one song Rakesh sang last year, "Tumne mujhe dekha, ho ke bekarar" one of Rafi's song I think, and even today when I listen to this song, its his voice and that episode that comes to my mind.

I wonder if any of these singers would be able to leave such an impression on audience's mind this year.

Well Sunday's performance by all the singers was pathetic to put the things mildly. I understand they practiced for the main round on Sat on which points were given and maybe some of them did not like the songs they were given but such horrible rendation of any song by so called futre playback singers is simply unacceptable. I was expecting at least some would sing good but the songs actually revealed a lot of flaws on how most people are singing.

Emotional songs always touch heart but there was missing something in most of the songs. I liked chhamma chhamma by sohini. Amit did great job although he needs more improvement which he is already getting from the stage and show
