The Great-Khandan Ki Izzat

I am unable to understand why swamini bua and dadaji esp. SB keep on saying "khandaan ki izzat","khandaan ki izzat".I was considering Vadera family a broad-minded educated family so how they can be against love marriage or against the fact that Virat loves Manvi and he want to support her in bad phase of her life what's wrong in it OR Are they against Virat loving a girl who is battling from cancer? still how can it affect "Khandan Ki Izzat" though if they all join hands to help Virat convincing his lady love or help Manvi in getting cured or making her feel better even if her disease is chronic one by forgetting what that so-called doctor said (don't know in which century he is living in) that way respect for Vadera family will get increase.Am I demanding more from the script-writer?

i agree...I don't really get how it has to do with izzat...especially coming from the Vadera family when Maanvi is the one who is having her dignity questioned...I understood when Bua said that it would be disgraceful to have people question Virat and Maanvi's relationship under one roof...but to me it looked like Maanvi's dignity was being questioned (and as we all know, boys usually get away freely with this stuff, its the girls that get the so called "badnamee") so what's the deal here?

In my opinion, CV's need to focus more on the angle that the family disapproves Virat loving a sick girl...that makes more sense to me...the family doesn't want him to put all his energy and effort loving a girl who might not be there for him (which, still, isn't a good enough reason anyway but for logistics sense, fine)...

yeah haadhan ki izzath balhegi if they help cancer patient like Manvi..evry tyme y she is taking dat as a reason..y cant jst tell Manvi has cancer so she doesnt want virat to fall for her
