Ashish i was about to write the same - She will try to make Rishi accept to marry Mandira not sure will she can be successful.

She will set a business for Munna

She will put sharma house on the name of Ishaan and Seher. She may rent the house half part so that their family can get rent as regular income...

and about Inder he cannot do anything as the she puts house in the name of Ishaan and Seher keeping Rishi as their guardian
