What was the top reason for the show's downfall?

I think it was the death of the male characters which resulted in the downfall of YMGGK... the cvs should have known from earlier serial cases that story lines like these never work

there is no doubt it was the killing of jaggu,vimal,veer and prakash...they should have learnt how the death of CP had a very strong impact on the ratings and then they had to come up with very good stories to bring the ratings back up which they had up until the deaths of the very important males characters...CV exceuted the death of this very much love show...the stories that followed had the show dropping in ratings and keep going down and for the life of me they have serial that have lower much lower ratings that are still on air 👏 hat's off to the very intelligent team of persons who make these very intelligent decisions...just goes to show who are the really smart ones...karan and suhasi and the foundations cast members did a wonderful job in bring the characters to life so much so that it felt real...to me they never really got the recongnition that they deserve for this show and they were under appreciated as it showed in the last episode...😔...in time i am sure they will be reunited and then they will have that showmanship that they deserve

Yes this is the main reason show was doing amazing in charts with trp over 3 then suddenly cvs decide this which made it low if this didnt happen our show would have srill been alive

You all correct, but I also think they might want to kill the show or have something else in mind! We all know how this show was started love story between abha and karan and abha's love for both of her families! This was also turn into too many marriages, I think they lost track which way they needed to go and after killing of all 4 male in this show, diffenetly did not made any sense!

i think they might have purposefully killed the male characters to end the show without dragging it much .may be they have some other story in mind. if it is so i think they should comeup with a more strong and beautiful love story by bringing together karan and suhasi for i think they are the best couple in a rajshri show and their on screen and offscreen chemistry is just magical

Yup, the mass killing. I don't get why cvs were trying to repeat it in YMGGK. Viren track was actually pretty good but they could have formed some other alternative to mass killing.
