Arnav did 6 months contract marriage with Khushi thinking that she was having an affair with his brother in law Shyam.When he realized how dangerous Shyam is and Khushi was innocent he kicked Shyam out of the house.Arnav's sister Anjali was shattered and even went to the extent of aborting her baby.Arnav stopped her from doing so.In that frustration Arnav shouted at Khushi.
"Because of you only my di is in distress now.Why did you come to my life?If you had'nt come here Shyam would not have cheated on my sister".
His rude words wounded Khushi's heart.

Arnav went out.He remembered how Khushi saved him when Shyam kidnapped him.He repented.
