Ok ...I dont have any legal knowledge but as far as my understanding goes...once Rohit is produced in the court ..the case ends there.. there is no scope or need for any arguments, counter arguments.. because the case is of murder of Rohit thakaral.. when he is alive.. there is no case so the case gets closed once he appears..so why will Sidhi or Kunal or thakaral for that matter would argue and about what??
there can be an argument if he is indeed rohit or just a look alike but that would be too cliched and filmy and guess that is not gone happen...

and i do agree it wid u on this ...i dont mind cvs giving screen space to other characters also in the show ...but defintely not at the expense of kunal ... but as u said dat maybe the next tracxks will focus only on kunal...so waiting to see dat happen..
