Well I dont know about the legalities of the case and since it is under judicial superview I refrain from commenting who is innocent or not.
But having said that, there is absoute disgust and loathing over the treatment meted on this woman. Her manhandling by police , boltchering her character in public and that MMS, above all the biased verdict against her by the police and some media sections before the court trial is shameful.
This raises some serous human rights question and calls for a look at the cyber crime in India, how the hell that MMS was made if the test was conducted for a court trial , where was the police and was the guilty nabbed?
