Shahrukh Khan to produce Rohit Shetty's Chennai Ex

KARACHI: Last year we saw Shahrukh Khan in action-filled movies 'Don 2' and 'Ra. One', but this year King Khan is back to performing romantic roles in Yash Chopra's project "London Ishq," followed by his appearance in Rohit Shetty's 'Chennai Express'.

Director Shetty has confirmed he has roped Khan in to produce 'Chennai Express' after signing him as the male lead. Chennai Express is a romantic film. The story, also penned by Shetty, revolves around one man's journey from Mumbai to Rameshwaram and his experiences along the way.

The film stars Deepika Padukone in the female lead. And is scheduled to go into production in September later this year.

so deepika is confirmed for the movie? I love SRK-DP...I'm expecting OSO type of movie from them. I love the dhoom tana song, hopefully it's similar song there as well

Is the SRK-Katrina-Anuskha movie really titled London Ishq? So damn corny.

sammmeee, i think they made a really good pair in oso..i was a hardcore deepika fan then, esp the dialogue " Ek chutki sindoorrr" though i was around 13 when it came out so i was told off when i used the f finger...

but do hope the article is true, although the article is new, i think the journalist has just recycled old news.. :/
