How is the guy the big boss, if he owns 49% of the company?😕

Doesn't that mean whoever owns 51% is the big boss, and therefore makes the decisions of the company?

How much does Vineet own?😕

I am confused as well. If I remember correctly Anu said that Vinit took over the company and that there is someone else who is 49% partner. Strange 🤔

I too wondering the same... a/c to Anushka... vineet took over the company frm his boss... i.e. 51% share is his thn hw come this big boss ws ordering vineet... he hs 49% share nly i.e. 2 % less thn vineet.

I haven't seen the show from the start so I am watching old episodes. Yesterday I saw episode 52 and in that episode Pradeep shows Anushka an email. Majority partner Mr Agarwal sold all of his shares. If I heard it right then Pradeep said that Mr Agarwal's 80% shares has been sold to another big company.

Besides in episode 53 the same guy who now plays Mr Johnson was addressed as Mr Subramaniyam by Anushka. He had called Anushka from London to inform that the new partner is very strict and that they have to plan an urgent meeting to know him well.

Oh boy this is getting complicated... Who is the Boss and did Mr Johnson suddenly have an identity switch 😕

aray the remaining 51% are divided btween vineet and anu( not sure abt what percentage or if equally that is why they are partners )

yes its very confusing. I thought vineet bought 51% of the company's shares from anu's boss. so vineet and "big boss" are partners. Anu and Vineet are not partners. so I dont understand why vineet is scared of "big boss". what was the point of vineet buying this company if he is going ot have the guy yell at him all the time? i dont think even the show plp know how much each person owns. lol. they need to create a proper org chart. :)

I am surprised all of you are still trying to make sense of this show...so many things that don't make any sense, just ignore and be happy :)
