Yeah, that was such a stupid scene! As it is, it looked like a eaves-dropping scene than accidentally overhearing.

Next those expressions .. could not make out if those were of guilty expressions or expression thanking God 'accha hua main pakadi nahin gayi abhi tak'! If she was really guilty of doing what she has done to Arjun, then she wouldn't have shown her akad today.

And she has no inclination of correcting Manav when he is blaming himself!

Oh Purvi suddenly is going to obey her Momma Archana and won't see Arjun anymore...😉

1. I think Archana is preventing Arjun-Purvi's alliance only because she wants to stop feeling guilty in front of Manav and Ovi. Even on the last day before the divorce she will try to impress Manav and Ovi, knowing fully well that they will ditch her after the divorce. It really is disgusting that Purvi is becoming the sacrificial lamb so that Archana can remain good in someone's eyes. Archana should stop pretending that she loves Purvi.

2. Secondly, Teju quoted to Archana in this episode that Archana had agreed to Savita that she would prevent Arjun and Purvi from joining so that Arjun will not lose interest in Ovi because of Purvi. Now first of all, Savita and Ovi have no bloody right to expect Archana to stop Purvi from meeting Arjun. What is really disappointing is that Teju also wants Archana to support Ovi, when they haven't considered Archana as anything all these days. When they want these assholes tell Archana that she is nobody and she has no relations with them. And in a month they are divorcing her from their lives and Ovi/Teju have never considered her their mother. If that is the case, why do they suddenly want Archana to sacrifice her daughter (Purvi's) life for Ovi (who is not her daughter)? Yes, Ovi is not Archana's daughter, and she can't suddenly be Archana's daughter of convenience. The day Ovi merges with Arjun, and Purvi is out of the picture - Does anyone here in their real senses think that Ovi will then suddenly respect Archana again? We all know that she will throw Archana out of her life like a piece of trash. Why the hell should Archana think of Ovi at all? All she should do is find out if Arjun is genuine and if he loves Purvi. If at some point, she finds that to be true, she should only think of Purvi's love and get Arjun and Purvi to unite.

Archana has no obligation to Manav, Ovi or Teju, and certainly not to Savita. The court has merely asked her to stay with Manav. That she should emotionally attach herself to Manav and his family is not a requirement of the court at all.

Teju is nothing but another selfish piece of scum from that garbage dump called the Deshmukh Clan. She is just a few degrees better than Ovi and Savita, that's all, but scum she is, make no mistake. It is a pity that writers like this original post writer think that Archana should become a mother of convenience for Ovi and Teju.
