i agree.. it seemed that they just chose some ppl becoz they absolutely had to.. i liked Amitabh and kaushik.. the guy singing aiveyi loot gaya.. i found him to be annoying... dint like him.. as for 10th spot.. donno.. neither is capable enuf... lets see..

What a rank bad episode. The singing was all over the place, Flat, out of tune, no expressions just going through the motions. I never thought the singing would deteriorate so early. Except Amitabh to some extent, i felt as though the others were competing for the worst singer title. Deepak whose audition i had liked very much made my ears wince and wanted the song as soon as possible. Amrita & Ritika were very flat, no soul just mechanical singing and lot of blunders. Ravikumar, who picked him? just plain bad singing. Kritika couldn't hold her low notes at all. Purvi was ok but not special. I hope Devinder, Amit & Vipul keep the standards high, maintain the consistency so that we can have some thing to talk and cheer about in the coming weeks.

I had high hopes for this season after seeing the level at the auditions and after knowing that Ashatai would be a judge. But surprise, surprise, where have all the good singers gone? We have ended up with a bunch of flat, expressionless singers. I highly doubt if I will be able to stay on till the end of this season.

Usually in II the top 16 time is the best because they all sing songs they are comfortable with and practiced thousands of times and so appear like geniuses only to fizzle out a few weeks later. This time they started with the worst so there are two possibilities- it's going to get worse or they will all magically start singing better and better.

I think the former.

Woh, feeling so disappointed after watching the auditions and last week's episodes. I, like many of you, had high hopes for Kritika. Things may improve, they can only improve from here. I dislike drama on these sort of shows but a little cockiness from a singer, a humorous outburst of some kind, anything, show us something to shake this show awake. The only drama i can find, it's not played out as obviously as some drama is done, is the tension between Sunidhi and Asha Tai. But if the show is going to disappoint us on the singing front, something has to happen to keep it tolerable. I've been watching this show since Indian Idol 3. It's standards aren't nearly as high as other shows. The only singer that really stood out to me was Sreeram, and if you've read my previous posts in other topics, you know how impressed I am by his singing. 😊 But there was always some good singing, average, not bad at all. But this season is at the very bottom. It seems the judges are so focussed on messing around during auditions that the real talent somehow isn't being shown.

indian idol except for the first season has been a joke...the auditions are the best part where people get the chance to sing whatever they want...once they enter the contest...they are asked to sing bullcrap in all the episodes...it looks more like a hunt for a singer to perform on stages and shows only...that's why NO SINGER FROM INDIAN IDOL has done for himself...where is Abhijeet sawant...and Rahul Vaidya people thinks so high of him but in playback singing he is shaving his ass...

Good singers were not selected - Indu Rani, Danesh etc...needed to be in this show.

The only lustre I like in this show is Hussain ❤️❤️❤️❤️
