SS: a diff start chap1

[this is an ss which I had left off long ago... Planning to continue... Pls read it and comment


About the story:

The story will have both the Raizadas and the Kurranas in it. these are my fav characters in television.

[/U]The story begins from anjali coming to know the truth abt shyam and arnav manages to give her divorce. Her miscarriage and divorce had broken her beyond repair. It has been one month from that dreaded court case and still tears dont stop from anjali's eyes. closing her eyes she remembers how shyam after getting divorce flew down the stairs pointing a gun towards arnav.. when anjali tried to stop him he pushed her resulting in her miscarriage. arnav had seen this and made sure shyam would stay away from the family forever.

All this was too much to handle. she had thought she would live her life seeing her kid grow. But now wat would she do. it was around 2pm in the afternoon. nani's doc had arrived to see her. she had a heart attack. this shook the family even more. but at that moment anjali dint feel a thing. She was depressed, alone and for some reason unknown very angry. She searched her cupboard for a bottle of sleeping tablets and decided to finish all this. She climbed down the stairs to get some water. But while coming down she saw arnav and kushi. he was comforting kushi. She heard wat they were talking

Arnav: stop punishing ur self. this is not ur fault.

Kushi : hav u seen di, she is so lost. i just wish i'd taken a bus that day. i would hav never met him.

A: wat has happen has happen. but now v have to handle this.

K: dont know how to. every time i see di my heart breaks.

A: pl stop crying. i promised myself i would never see a tear in ur eyes.

K: it is all my fault. i should just leave from here. atleast i'll never see di in this state.

A: v can handle di. but before that u have to be strong. stop crying.
kushi hugs arnav and cries her heart out. arnav dint know wat to do. he closed his eyes and held his wife gently. seeing this anjali thought from today u need not worry abt this. neither i'll be there nor will they be sad and went to the kitchen.

Kurrana house:

lots have changed in this house. it has been 3 months since the accident where the family lost the happiness in them. Geet, the name brought in lot of memories. She was the soul of the house especially Maan's . Dadi was in her room when nandhini and dev come with 2, [/I]9 months olds gautham and gia in their hand. A smile crosses her face seeing them. She asking abt Maan.

D: Has he left to office?

N: actually dadi he dint come home last night also. he stayed back there itself

Dev: this is the third time this week.

D: v need to do something abt this. he doesn't eat or sleep properly.

seeing the sorrow in dadi"S eyes dev assured her he'll talk to bro today. but every one in that room knew this was of no use.. After some time a determined look crossed dadi's eyes and she asked nando to called the driver. she is going to kurrana cons now itself taking the kids with her.

yes plz update soon its is intrestin g to get to know what real khuranas has with kushi or maybe whole raizadas

raizada house:

A: i just want to tell u something kushi...

K: (looking into his eyes) hmmm

A: i just ... actually... ahem ahem...

K: (having a confused look) wat is it????

A: i wanted to tell you this for a long time. Kushi could see how is eyes where filled with guilt . She immediately understood wat it was. she smiled warmly. placed her head on his chest . this was exactly wat arnav needed. he knew that she knew wat he wanted to tell her. but still he wanted her to hear it cos every time he rembers wat he had done and told her. so he tried once more

A kushi this is important

K: v can talk abt this later. now v hav to deal with the problem at hand.

A suddenly felt wat she was talking abt. DI... he said.

K: v have to make her happy now. everytime i see her my heart breaks.

A: i feel miserable. i married you forcibly to protect her but now all has gone out of hand. i just dont know how to proceed from this. kushi her happiness matter to me the most. if something would happen to her i would never forgive myself. i would not mind putting her happiness much before hers

K: (knowing wat he means) me too. but now v need to go slowly. she needs time. i pray devi maiyya to help us in this time.
arnav gets a call and he gets up and leaves. kushi decides to check on nani.

Anjali took water and kept it near her bed. lying on the bed she closed her eyes and recollected wat she heard while coming up. after sometime she calls the intercom and asks HP to get her some coffe .

after few minutes, HP arrives with coffee and newspaper which he had bought for arnav. anjali told him to give it to her as she will give him. HP keeps the paper in the table and left. she took a sip of the coffee. and kept it on the paper itself. she could not feel the taste of wat she drank. just the words echoed in her ears"FORCED MARRIAGE" "HER HAPPINESS BEFORE MINE" she felt horrible. she always knew arnav and kushi loved her very much. but this she dint expect at all. she realized something. took the paper. wat she saw in it kept her thinking abt it for the rest of the day.

kurrana house:

D: has the car come.

N: s dadi. but have you thought abt this. picking gaurav lik this from school. jiju will b very angry.

D: this is exactly wat i want. i am gonna make sure that he listens to wat i'm gonna say.
with a determined look she climed into the car. the car stopped near kc. she got down from with a firm hand holding gaurav and another holding gia. She went to msk cabin and glared at him.

msk: (suprised and puzzled) wat are you doing here?

D: i hold shares in this company and i can come and go any time.

msk: but why with the kids?

D: cos you seemed to hav forgotten them.

MSK: (now anger growing within) dadi pl come to the point.

D: i am nearing my 90s now. pl have mercy on me.

msk: pl sit down then

D: (she placed the kids near him) i want you to understand ur responsibility towards ur kids. v all miss geet.
listening to this name his heart filled with pain. D: i want you home daily. they need their father atleast. msk understood. he called adi and made sure he went along with dadi and left them home.

maan singh kurrana, was a changed man after geet. if people called him a monster before he met her today they would call him even worse. he barked at everyone around him. but be a really good father to his kids. gautham was his first son who was 3yrs and gia wat his daughter who was 9 months. he saw geet in both of them. he had a smile when he saw his kids. these were the only time he would smile. he rembered how on gaurav's request geet had gone to get some thing in the rain and then the accident and then his whole life was written in black. a knock in the door disturbed him from his thought.

msk: come in

Adhi : sir v hav an interview tomo for an accounts secretary job.

msk: ok. i think u can handle it.

A; but sir wont u b there?

msk: no . u can leave.

Adhi had know and faced this anger for the past 3 months. but he felt really bad for msk as he considered geet as his good friend.

he saw msk leaving and called pinky informing he'll be late for the day . he sat down and looked at the no. of candidates coming tomo. he got a phone of another one and wrote her name. she was asked to come tomo at 10. he sighed and got up to go for few more files.

raizada house:

keeping the phone down, anjali got up. she had decided wat she wanted to do. she told her self she would not burn in the fire of someone else wrongs. she would try to make herself happy and occupied. she reached the cupboard and took out her records and looked at them. she had completed her B.COM and C.A inter. but never gone to the finals cos she was not confided abt her internship and shyam too supported this. shaking these thoughts she took the file and arranged it. she looked up and saw all her sarrees. all of them was of shyams favorites. over the past years she had changed herself fully for him. that man whom she loved and who betrayed her and broke her fully. not only that, her chote and bhabi are suffering his scars. so she pulled all those sarrees out and put them in a bag. looking back in the cupboard she saw only two sarrees. she picked the cream coloured one. it was simple but eligant. she thought. ok now she was prepared to go tomo for her ever first interview . she decided not to tell arnav cos he would never agree. but she of all people knew this has to be done. she was thank full to the coffee cup for guiding her to the add. and left to give the paper to arnav forcing a smile on her face.

she saw arnav in the living room with his lappy. she placed the paper in front of him told him to shut his work and sleep it was getting late. arnav was a bit suprised but this. he agreed immediatly. and left to share this with kushi.

it was morning and anjali got up and freshen up and went to finish her basic prayers told her mami she is going out. thought a bit taken aback she said OK. anjali look pretty. simple but really had that lady look in her. she was wat people would say feminine. the way she walked, talked and all her actions were of class. the cream colored sarree looked very elegant on her. she had folded her pallu neatly and pinned it to her blouse and platted her hair. she took a auto and stopped in kc. taking a deep breath she payed and took the lift.

kurrana construction:

in the lobby she saw around 25 people all women and no one wore a sarree. all looked at her strangely. she could feel tension grow in her. she sat down and waited. it was around 1 when she was called in. Adhi sir , she was told was a nice gentle man. so she thought looking at him. after being asked to sit, adi went through her records. she saw an amused look in his face. he looked at her and asked u hav no work experience. y

An: actually i was not in requirement at that time

ADi: oh! u dint finish ur CA too

AN: s the same reason but now i hav the requirement
adhi looked at her and remembered the day geet had come in and looked like this. he then asked her to wait for the result.

anjali was calm and quite. adhi immediately liked her. her records were good. he felt she needed a bit help before she becomes a pro. moreover she needed to work with msk also and if she is as calm and quite as now it would definitely reduce the noise population in the building. after few hours she was called in and congratulated for the job. now adhi asked her to sit. and told her a few important things abt the famous msk and his mood. anjali seemed calm and composed. adhi got a bit curious but then felt relieved and smiled and told her to join from tomo at 9 and always b on time.

anjali knew that if she could handle arnav then she could manage msk too. but now she was thinking how to manage arnav. she had to tell him tonight.

raizada house:

all were waiting for anjali as she had been out for more than 7 hrs. this has never happened. mami was facing the music from arnav. for letting di use the auto. just then anjali came in all looked relieved. arnav hugged her and was abt to start his lecture when anjali said i need to talk to you...

A: ok di but first sit down and eat something

AN: chote... i have got a job..

A: (could not believe wat he heard} wat di job...?

AN s i went for an interview... and was selected.. it is an accountant job...

A WAT THE... di... no if u wanted to do it come and work in AR pl dont do this.
but before he would say something kushi held his hand. anjali smiled at her and left after telling HP she wanted dinner at her room. arnav gave a questioning look at kushi. but all the other people of the house could understand why anjali needed this job and left a bit relieved.

K: arnav wat did you think u were doing?

A: wat is wrong... my sis is not a middle class girl to work she is my di do you even understand...
he was boiling in anger and disbelief at wat kushi told him

K: u dont understand { in a bit hurt and angry tone)

A: ok wise lady explain...

K: she needs to come out of shyam syndrome. she will be alright pl see it in her sight...

Arnav calmed down and gave out a small murmur which kushi knew was an s. it was late and everyone retired to bed. in anjali's room... she could feel the loneliness but when she closed her eyes she fell asleep. kushi came in to check her she smiled and left.

next morning in the breakfast table... arnav was on the phone and kushi was irritated. she could feel anger looming in his face. after cutting the call he slamed his fist on the table... tat maan singh kurrana... i'll get you just wait and watch... kushi was shocked to see but also glad to see the old arnav waking up.

A: wat does he think of himself... he and his attitude...

K wat happened?

A; nothing which i cannot handle. he got up and left with a huf and puf...
kushi was smiling and wondering who this maan is and what is going to happen when arnav and him really face off... she left to clear the table. she was happy as di had finished breakfast and left to office and 8.

kc

anjali was at her office. butterflies were rooming in her stomach. when adhi welcomed her with a smile. he took her to her cabin. her cabin was in between msk and adhi's cabin as her job was connected with both. anjali was calm and beautiful in a light blue sarree. she sat in her neatly arranged desk. suddenly she heard adhi's voice

AN: s sir?

ADHI: wat is ur full name?

An: anjali j... raizada... anjali raizada sir...

Adi: anjali raizada... he left with a amuzed look in his face... he for few minutes he thought she was related to the famous raizada family but then he dismissed the idea as he knew tat people from that family dont require the job as she told him... he hit someone and looked up. in front of him stood the man with fearce eyes.. it looked actually bore into him...

ADhi : aap paye sir???? mathlab ayye sir...

msk look as though he was gonna burn adhi before he hear him wish him good morning and told him abt the new employee.

msk: hmmm... give me the file regarding her... i'll sign it. send her into my cabin. saying so he banged the door of his cabin and left.

angali was informed abt this and went into msk's room .. may i come in...sir???

msk: s

An: you called???
placing her file on his table. he looked at the file and her then signed it. looking into the file he dictated a letter and gave certain instructions to be followed. she calmed notted all this and left without a noise. maan was a bit suprised. he thought she was really quite. then looked back and continued his job. for the full day anjali did lots of typing and brought coffee for her boss arranged meetings. mean while she also hear tat geet who used to sit in that cabin was msk wife and also his secretary. lot of people teased her saying all the secretary found hot bosses in this company. she dint like these coments and left. adhi saw this and frowned. he wondered the story behind the quiet but controlled anjali j...raizada. wat suprissed anjali was tat she knew exactly wat she was doing... all the stuff she did was somehow known. her confidence grew a bit. then she heard the sound WAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING IN THIS OFFICE. all of them paled in fear. all knew someone was gonna get sacked today... at that time anjali was called into the cabin...
