Sanaya has the most innocent baby face ever..
she has naturally angelic features, which make-up cant do justice..
She SHOULD be the top 1 in the list, coz I dont find others as beautiful as Sanaya without makeup..
Sanaya has the peach in milk complexion and most creamy skin ever..such a rare beauty..
