I generally make rice paratha, either with the left over steamed rice or any left over rice [ it tastes the best if we use the left over vege or chicken biryani].

Take the left over rice [ if its chicken biryani. chop/ shred the deboned chicken pieces]
add wheat flour
add chopped onion, cilantro, green chillies, chaat masala, white seasme seeds, salt.
[If the rice is plain you can add coriander, cumin, red pepper powder to it but you are using any spicy left over rice then don't use any extar spice]

Now knead a dough of all the ingreients mixed together. Leave for 15 minutes. After that roll the small dough balls in paratha shape and roast on the pan applying little oil/ghee. Make it crisp. Serve with any yougurt raita and pickle.

Hi Guys, this is my own receipe....Hope you like it and enjoy it. 😃

Paneer Vegetable Paratha....

Ingredients
1 Cup grated paneer.
1/4 cup grated carrots.
1/4 cup grated onion.
1/4 cup grated cabbage.
1 teaspoon ginger/garlic paste
Salt/sugar according to taste.
1 teaspoon Garam masala.
1 green chilli , chopped into small pieces.
and fresh cillantro, finely chopped.

Method.

1) Put 1 tbs oil in the kadai. put whole Jeera for tadka. when they start to crackle, put little asphodeia (hing) , in it.
2)put ginger/garlic paste in it. saute fora half minute or so....
3) add all vegetables and paneer , garam masala , remaining spices. saute for few min, until carrots, cabbage , onion becomes tender. Add cillantro also.

4) Knead the roti dough ( use wheat flour)

5) Proceed with this panner mix and dough , normally how you make stuffed parathas.
