Ok i'll start with "sowmyaa's kitchen lauki parathas" 😆

3 cups wheat flour
1 medium size grated lauki
1/2 inch ginger paste
3-4 clove garlic paste
salt per taste
black pepper per taste
green chille paste
little sugar
termeric
dhania powder
little red pepper powder
2 tbsp curd/yogurt
oil

Take wheat flour and add 5 tbsp oil in it. Then add all above ingredients, add little water as needed and make dough. make medium size balls and roll and make paratha. Then hot tava/gridle and put paratha on it. after few minutes flip sides and then put some ghee/butter or oil (as you want) and make parathas.

****make at your own risk 😆. author does not take any kind of responsibility**** 😆

Yes, there is rice paratha. I have not made, but I have tasted and it tastes really good. You make that out of left over rice. Sanjeev Kapoor has it's recipe. I'll try to find it and post as I get but basically its take rice add salt, green chille, adrak, little garlic, haldi etc. and make dough and stuff in atta and make paratha 😉 but i'll find authentic recipe and post it.
