This week trps, current track and individual role characters are fulfilling; it is obvious we have a problem. Now question is what to do? Do we want to see this track end as soon as possible as nothing much is left here? I say no. I believe current track can still be used as closure to few issues.

What CVs need to understand is look at the basic concept of the show and see what aspects they have explored so far. Kunal's second coming. I must say progression of Kunal's personal life is simply amazing. Journey of Kunal and Siddhi has obviously been magical and Kunal finally has love, support & acceptance he always needed. I love the fact that personal life is given more importance. But that is not it. Love can't feed you. Sure Siddhi is Kunal's life and vise-varsa; but there is more and both do have more roles to fulfill.
Most talked issues lately is Kunal's professional front. For a while we saw Kunal gaining some professional stability but at time more importance was to development of love story of SINAL. I personally didn't mind that. But now that is developed, show must move on to other aspects.

Now it's time for CVs to look back as what they've shown so far, and where to move on or which aspects to explore. I goes without saying Kunal's professional life has been barely touched. So more importance must be given here. Thakral sure comes in at this point in the show. Well I personally think we've see enough of Thakrals now. Daddy T using same cheap tricks to trap Kunal and obsession of bro/sis is just not doing it for me. I am tired of them so may be it's time to say bye for good. CLOSURE There needs new charcaters who have something new to offer.
Secondary options is to explore personal life but not what we've seen already. No longer interested in seeing Raveena (the trouble child) creating issues for SINAL and both either taking their problems or bringing their problems in own relation. Both are much beyond that so please stop it. Raveena should learn to be accountable from now on not trouble SINAL for everything.CLOSURE Of course family is important and issues do arise, but SINAL doesn't need to suffer all the time. I liked how Shilpa case was handled, it was perfect. Kunal sure took care of it and it never interfered with SINAL relationship or caused even minor problem for them. Well that is how I expect family issues can be taken care of. (Seema-Gaurav next)

Most importantly is SINAL as a team. I agree you can't show Kunal doing everything. Time to time other characters do need to come in prominence, especially Siddhi. But CVs need to learn how to balance it out. Don't sideline one character for the sake of other. Yes time to time one will be more dominating than other (especially Siddhi) but there must be balance. Balance doesn't mean show one character powerful this week and switch it next week. No that is mis-management if anything. We can see SINAL working as a team both in personal and professional life. Both Kunal-Siddhi can work on cases together, discuss them; throw ideas around and at times it's Kunal at times it's Siddhi who gets to decide; how it is in marriage. It sure is everyone's dream that Chopra couple open a law-firm. Working together also allows for spending more time together, strengthening their relation at every step, open communication allowing for utmost honesty, dealing with family matters together as older son & daughter-in-law of family, etc. SINAL working as team allows so much to explore in such a meaningful way. Kunal-Siddhi have said more than 100 times they are each other's life and can't live or do anything without each other, well they don't have to. Working together allows them to show how truly they are each other's support system and as long as they are together, what may come, they are ready.

CVs sure are professionals so we must leave it to them to do proper development. If they wish to r-use something from other show; I don't mind. Hey use whatever you want as long as it is relevant to the overall concept of the show and leads to aspects that are yet to explore.

Jay, as usual your post is comprehensive... good analysis and excellent thoughts!

I hope the CVs are reading this and planning something on similar lines.. One thing that I really want to see is that this track leads us to the next track, that of Kunal/Sinal professional success and CVs have a very good opportunity to do so...

As far as this case goes, it is a tricky and testing one and that is what would give prominence to Kunal/Sinal and lay the foundation stone for their professional career

I too feel that this track is fine as long it is handled well and is consistent.. not changing according to weekly trps and the cvs urge to revert back to nari-shakti every now and then

From what I have been seeing, the basic concept of planning and organizing does not seem to happen with the writers of parichay. They do not have a script written and are only starting, changing and ending tracks as per the trps of that particular week. As long as they had a script ready, they were fine,, till the end of rape case. After that, they started fumbling and stuttering because they don't know what to do and how to please the audience. Inspite of us constantly ranting about the professional and financial aspects of the leads, they seem to care less and only worry about the show on a week by week basis. Though the individual episodes are fine, there is a slack in the over-all story telling because the cvs themselves are not confident and are easily being swayed away by the trps. I think if they stick to a certain script, even trps will improve because the audience will not feel disconnected from each episode. Follow the pre-conceived story till the end of the track and people will find it difficult to skip an episode. But skipping episodes does not seem to be a problem for the audience now because every other day, the story is being changed. If you want them to tune in every single day, you need to be consistent. Just my POV.

hi

Lets hope in the coming episodes the makers come up with sensible plots, and stop using trail and error approach all the time

as far as the current track goes, i feel they should wrap it up asap.
