thats misinterpreted...the bold part. Allah is Allah for every living person who believe in him and who dont.It does not make any difference.

We should all become religion-less. Religion, causes division, and fights. If there was no religion, half the fights would stop, no one would consider them superior to another faith, or believe they are following the right set of beliefs, or shed blood in the name of religion, you won't have parents disowning their children when they choose to marry outside the religion. The world, would be close to PERFECT!. Why does religion have to spoil things?!. Believe, in God if you want, but remain religion-less is my moto!. I am a proud atheist :)!.

To each its own, but i firmly believe religion ONLY divides when people are clueless about it. If you have a proper understanding of ur religion theres no way you can use it to create division.

Actually there are religions that encourage segregation. Infact, more than encourage, its a major point of emphasis.

But i wouldnt right off any other religion before having a clear cut understanding of it. Before u reject anything u should know what ur rejcting. Just my two cents 😳

I think you have got a very ridiculous and constricted view of marriage. Marriage is a formal union of two people who wish to spend their life together and not a mean to proselytize people to your religion. Islam and its doctrines are barely 1400 years old while the institution of marriage has been there for atleast some 8000 years. So stop getting judgmental about people and relationships.

Secondly, in Indian Law, there are two types of marriage -

1. Religious marriages governed by personal laws, viz. Hindu Marriage Act 1954, Christian marriage act, Islamic Personal Law, Anand Karaj etc that take care of traditional marriages between two Hindus or two Christians or two Muslims etc as per their religious and caste conventions and traditions.

2. Secular Marriage or Civil Marriage governed by Special Marriages Act, 1954. Under this law any two consenting adults, irrespective of their religion or traditions, may marry before the magistrate without the involvement of any religious authority. Inter-religious marriages, though rare and frowned upon by the society, are very much possible in India without trespassing the laws.

I personally laud Saif's decision as a mature one as expected of a responsible human and citizen.

Its actually true.

To marry a non-muslim girl, she has to convert to Islam first.

Does anyone, other than a few fundamentalists, give a shit? NO

Society, thankfully, is extremely liberal today but there are still those people who live by the book.
