Unbreakable Love

Let me introduce myself – I'm Lynne. I live in New Zealand, non-Indian, non Hindi speaker, lover of Hindi Daily Serials (with English sub titles).

My first serial was EHMMBH – I started watching at the time of Jeevikas wedding. It still remains my favourite show. I am a silent reader of the Forum but thoroughly enjoy all the interactions here. I find this Forum positive & very friendly.

Just wanted to share what happened to me this morning. I was sitting on the train going to work listening to my iPod. For some reason I was listening to a Playlist I don't normally listen to. Suddenly my eyes started to tear up as I listened to the lyrics of one song. When it finished I played it again, this time picturing Maanvi & Viraat as it played. I must have been a sight with tears rolling down my face – luckily train etiquette in NZ means that no one makes eye contact or speaks to others on the train. The other passengers probably secretly thought I was an idiot 😭

Now, what was the song I was listening to? It was 'Unbreakable' by Irish Band Westlife.

Some of you may know it. The sentiments in the song seem to reflect perfectly the story of Maanvi & Viraat. Some of my favourite lyrics (second verse onwards) from the song are:
