What next????

So Kunal has been locked up finally😕!Though I am not complaining about how he countered Thakral during the initial period of the trail towards the end the guy looked absolutely stumped🤢.Well I guess that was bound to happen , he built a castle of cards and Thakral effortlessly brought it down.I hope Kunal did pick up some valuable lessons.

So here is what I would like to see, we know Siddhi has regained her wannabe Jhansi ki Rani avataar which is good ,we need Kunal out of jail real quick.As per TOI we also know Siddhi will soon suspect Rohit of being alive😕 I don't know whether to term it as good news of bad news.As per the report Siddhi will hear Rohit's voice when she goes over to Richa's, it's her probable reaction to that has me confused.😕

What if the wannabe JKR(Jhansi ki Rani) storms in and confronts😡?Then it's *facepalm*,*head desk*,*head wall* from my end!😡I am really hoping Siddhi keeps her wits about her and realize for their advantage they have to keep the Thakral's unaware about their suspicions, else how will they let down their guard?Siddhi should immediately convey this to Kunal and they should formulate a plan⭐️👏.The priority being bailing out Kunal!😉

Now how can Kunal be bailed out?

Vikram can confess that it was him who had a fight with Rohit that day , maybe CCTV footage , vehicle log from the hotel can be used to confirm this.But what are the chances of this happening😕? Kunal-Siddhi will never let this happen and Sudanshu would rather murder Vikram than let him do this, especially since Kunal already argued that the person who pushed Rohit should be held responsible for his death.But this has an advantage too, if Rohit gets to know that Vikram might land in jail he will probably celebrate ,discard the brain he has rented and make a mistake😆👏 which can lead SINAL to him.It's risky but would be really smart.

Maybe witnesses from the hotel ,if Kunal was there then someone other than the SG should have seen him?The valet, the receptionist , the manager.But here again that waiter who is Rohit's informant may be provided by Rohit to claim that he saw Kunal.

I think what worked most againt Kunal was his fingerprints on the money notes, if they could be traced back to Thakral then it would easy for Kunal to get bail.Maybe the serial numbers from the notes can be used to link the money back to the rape case or like Jay said probably RBI or Revenue Intelligence can used to trace it?😕

When Siddhi expresses her doubts to Kunal he should be able to make a link between the photos and the biker outside the hotel!!⭐️

But along with trying to get Kunal out , SINAL should revisit the post mortem report and search for discrepencies,time of death, cause of death,whether the wounds were pre-mortem or post -mortem, in case nothing else works they can always argue that the body was not Rohit's.I know this will perhaps make Rohit wary but on second thoughts it might also make him panicky and then he might land himself in trouble👏.Right now his confidence stems from the fact that no one knows he is alive!!😕

Siddhi having a miscarriage ,various reasons,the foremost one being I don't want Siddhi fighting the case all the way she should just get Kunal out of jail and then he should take over.Also I feel that will make Kunal raging mad and' woh badle pe uttar aayega'.He has been defensive for long enough I want Thakrals to burn in the heat of Kunal's fury and revenge!!!They can play 'yadha yadha hi dharmasya' as much as they want I won't complain!😃

Obviously SINAL together back at home and victorious.The Thakral kids off in jail or a correctional facility😆.Daddy Thakral debarred👏!!I want Kunal's professional track to be concentrated on ,Gaurav's EMA issue to be tackled on the sidelines.After a while maybe some new villians!!!

i agree ..kunal has been too overconfident of late ..knowing very well how shrewd a lawyer thakraal is nd to wat extent he can go to win the case ,still kunal has understimated him alot ..thus landing himself in a jail ..as u said hoping atleast kunal has learnt a lesson ..

i hope cvs take these possibilties into consideration and show something on these lines ...siddhi getting a bail for kunal ..nd later kunal again taking the case in his own hands would make a great track..

Imagine this Vikram confesses that he fought with Rohit that day , some additional witnesses are produced to establish Vikram's presence in the hotel that day.The problem here is that Vikram will be accussed of murder, Vikram can always say that he did not murder Rohit even then.What would be Thakral's reaction he would say Vikram is trying to free Kunal, so Kunal can always raise the question why? If Thakral is ready to shift the blame onto Vikram , Kunal can say Thakral seems to be ready to shift the blame onto anyone maybe he should undergo a mental checkup.
Let's say on the side SINAl have procured sufficient evidences to claim that the body with which their car met with an accident is not Rohit's, then the scenario is such that the accident victim is not Rohit.Rohit's body is not available so how can one be sure he is dead? If so Vikram needn't fear murder charges.
A combination of Vikram confessing to the fight and evidences supporting the accident victim not being Rohit will give SINAL a strong case.
Thakral will defintely try to counter it , then SINAL can ask for a DNA confirmation and that too the urn should be procured immediately if not there are chances that it might be compromised!!!Another way would be to have the witness retract his statement, it can be argued that since the witness repeatedly changes his statement his testimony will have to be considered inadmissible.But this again is not that strong an argument , it will have to be supported by something else.

I have serious doubts of how intelligently the CVs are gonna handle the coming episodes. Since kunal can't get bail till the next hearing siddhi has to hold fort till the next hearing . Want Veera to come forward & reveal everything to SINAL what they know about that night & who all were involved.

Since siddhi is going to find Rohit alive & kicking Richa in their mansion, I don't want her in any circumstance to burst in & give her overworked nerves some relief by giving them unwanted lecture 😡. She can make use of that blackberry which chopra family keep abusing & record thakral siblings convo with the date & time stamped 😉 run asap to the nearest lab to get an authentication report & tell everything to kunal, this could be the most vital evidence for SINAL to get & extension as well win the case 😃. Together they can build up an air-tight case against thakral to take them down.

Credit to Thakral here because though dead Rohit was helping him gather evidence against kunal, the way he brought Dumbo to the witness stand for establishing the motive shows his shrewdness as a lawyer and his ability to think on the spot👏👏 Kunal can definitely learn something from him.

This is what I have been dreading too. What if siddhi goes into the room and starts lecturing the thakral siblings😡 I want her to act smart for once and also stop all the mahaan dialogues of rescuing her husband and really do something substantial and collect all possible evidence so that on the day of the next hearing, kunal can be given bail or even acquitted of all charges. It will be good if kunal himself fights the case but as long as the proceedings are logical and kunal gets bail, I don't mind siddhi donning the lawyer avatar for one hearing

I don't think Vikram will confess so soon. Not in front of court and not for kunal's bail anyway. You are right about Sudhanshu killing Vik if he does that. Raveena can probably tell siddhi about the deal to visit Rohit in the hotel. Maybe she can help in some way. If Siddhi gets suspicious about Rohit being alive, she can do some investigation on that front as well and try to show that the body may not be Rohit's. But she should be smart about it. Finger prints on money.. not sure where DKT got it from.. if it is from the rape case, then should say, he is smart.. saving evidences for future😉😆 May be they can try to say that one cannot be in two places at once. Pushing Rohit on to the road and also driving the car at the same time. But this has to be presented in a clever manner.
