I have a strong feeling that the editing table cut the shot where megha is watching mohan get ready for office.
The reason how could she dream about Mohan holding the umbrella in a shirt which he is seen eventually wearing in the next shot which is a reality where he is walking towards megha holding the umbrella,
I want to give the benefit of doubt to the directors that they missed to show the scence where megha is looking at mohan through the window while he gets ready to go for office or then console myself saying that it was sheer coincidence😊
I think although it is a a small flaw which can be ignored but frankly I expect NBT team not to make it since the they have raised the bar of expectations as compared to other idiotic and utter nonsensical serials where each flaw is superseeded by greater flaws
