Armaan tells mandira that he had decided to entrust suicide and he won't change his decision. mandira asks as to why he wants to commit such a sin. Armaan says that he doesn't have a purpose to survive. Mandira corrects him by saying that he had a cause and that's mallika. Armaan disputes the fact that he knows mallika. Just then raj comes with a drink. Armaan asks raj if he knew mallika or not to which Raj replies that Mallika was armaan's fiance. Armaan's plan gets backfired. Jassi interrupts saying that the contract is perfect but armaan tells her to check it again and again to avoid errors. Jassi says that she checked the contract thrice and now it was his turn to sin the papers.
Helpless Armaan orders raj to be a step away from mandira and he goes to sign the papers. He tells shantannu that all the discussions about this contract will be done through jassi and that shantannu will always be in touch with jassi. The cocktail party starts and armaan and raj rushes to impress mallika, jassi is left alone with the flirty shantannu who asks her for a lunch the next day. Armaan is after Mandira for a date. Mallika tells him that she would need to ask her hubby and Raj says that she was unmarried. Armaan was totally impressed by mandira's charm. He offers her a marriage proposal on the 14th of February. Mandira laughs and denies beautifully. Billu doesn't stop his madness. He keeps on bringing out the outdated things and starts cleaning and repairing them. Mrs verma informs amrit that Billu didnt go to office today and that he doesn't seem to be in a righteous mood either. She says that something was wrong with billu and amrit should find out about it.
Armaan doesn't stop flirtation with mandira and jassi bumps into them asking for armaan's cell phone. armaan gets rankled. He asks jassi that she had a good timing and she is trying to disturb him intentionally, he orders jassi to come after two hours. jassi calls home to inform her father that she would be late when it was already 11:00PM. She tells Billu that Armaan would drop her. Mallika calls Armaan and jassi receives the phone. mallika shouts at her for receiving armaan's call and she tells her to give the phone to her prince charming. Poor jassi crashes into Armaan again and this time armaan looses his temper and says that whether he would lay a red carpet for jassi's entry or not as she seemed to be waiting and bringing out chances to disturb his romantic conversation. Jassi tells armaan that mallika had called him and she wants to talk to him urgently.
She also says that it was already late and that she would leave for home all alone. Armaan politely excuses from mandira and talks to mallika lovingly. Mallika tells armaan that she was in his apartment and she wants to see him immediately as she was missing armaan terribly. Armaan had no option but to agree to Mallika's wish. Raj shrews armaan for leaving Mandira and he says that this was the biggest mistake of his life and he would have to pay for it. Armaan says that he was helpless and that he wouldn't be able to bid adieu to mandira so he would escape before she notices him. But mandira catches them and sweetly says good bye, she also agrees to do modeling with GM.
Armaan is cursing himself at the parking lot. He says that both the women in his life irritate him to the extreme when he sees jassi waiting for a taxi. He calls jassi and tells her to sit in his car, as he would drop her home. Jassi traverses but armaan scolds her for not obeying her. The watchman informs Pari that as she didn't pay her bills from six months her electricity was cut off. Pari is upset and she calls her dad for help. He says that he had already sent a lot of money and now he cant afford more as he had a limited salary on which he runs his house. Raj calls Pari and asks her for a date but Pari refuses saying that she wasn't feeling better and she would need some rest. Raj says that he knows the treatment to her problem but Pari says that she was not in a mood to romance and that she would talk to him later. Pari hung up and raj calls some other girl to spend his time. Amrit and bebe continuously nags billu to know the reason behind him not going to office.
Billu doesn't reply at last he speaks out in a huff that he had lost his job. His company was shut down and the workers are now jobless. Billu and Amrit is heart broken, Amrit starts crying in front of babaji and amrit sympathize with her saying that they would start the prickle business. Billu says that they wouldn't need to worry as he was looking for per time jobs. He strictly orders them not to tell anything to jassi. Armaan drops jassi to her house but doesn't let her go. He asks her if the materials were good or not. To which jassi replied that she had no knowledge on fabrics. Armaan asks that what chance they have in the scale of 1 to 10 and jassi says 1. Armaan is tensed at the reply but he says that if jassi was with him he would take the risk of one step. He tells jassi to be there always, as he needs her to which jassi replies that she would always be by his side. Billu keeps on peeping through the window.
Lastly jassi shakes her hand with armaan. Amrit and bebe is surprised to see jassi in a different suit but jassi says that she had borrowed it as she was to go to the meeting. She sees Billu tipped and asks him the reason of his melancholiness. Billu changes the topic by saying that jassi was looking very beautiful. jassi says that whenever Billu was upset he spoke lies. She tells Billu that if he doesn't tells the truth she wouldn't move an inch nor would she have food as she was his daughter and was double obstinate. Billu says that his friend had lost his job at the office and he was upset for him and his family. jassi says that it was billu's habit to think of others problems and that he shouldn't take so much tension and should take rest. Jassi is writing in her diary, as she was really happy when armaan says that he needed her. She writes in her diary that she knew that armaan wanted her just for his works but she wished to tell him some day that she needed him.
Armaan comes to is house and mallika asks him the meeting details. Armaan explains everything and tells that mallika was jealous as he didn't take her. Mallika says that she was never invidious but armaan says that she was jealous of the person who stays with armaan all the time and whom armaan trusts blindly and that was jassi. mallika doesn't stop laughing, she says that armaan should concentrate on the contract now as she knew that it was very substantial for his career and GM's future. She says that the figures that armaan presented to the board was correct and she had full faith on armaan but she adds that if he caused any destruction to GM then she would never forgive him.
