So if the article is to be believed, Kunal will be in jail. How would that take place?

Well Kunal already has confessed he was driving. Now Thakral can get SG to testify that Kunal is one who had fight withRohit that night, providing a motive for murder. So given Kunal confession & with testimony of SG, case against Kunal. If Kunal says he wasn't driving the car & he lied, then case against Siddhi gets stronger, so he had to stick to his words.

So judge can dismiss all the charges against Siddhi & ask Kunal to take into custody. Not a lawyer but this is how proper way can be to show Kunal in jail.

Now Siddhi can act as lawyer to get bail for Kunal. Money for her bail will be returned as case against her is over. Since Kunal confessed, it is one point in his favor to get bail.

Now it should be very clear for Sinal that they are being watched & framed so have to be extra careful😡 both must work together to investigate this matter & be A-team. Go to places together for god sake. Tryto find out who was the person getting into fight with Rohit. Look at the post Morton report if there are any defensive wounds due to fight? Get court orders to search hotel room & procure CCTVfootage from road & hotel of the night of murder. You know share every minor detail like meeting Witcha😡

I'm sure during this time Wtcha will get extra crazy given Kunal is in trouble. Also please Vikram open your mouth and tell Kunal everything about you & Rohit.😡 I still want Kunal tonight the case & Sinal ad a team. Now there shouldn't be any doubt that Thakral are ready to reap you any way they can so please use your brain & don't rely of fate to help you every time

but i seriously dont have any hope right now that cvs will wrap this court case sensibly,

with kunal going to jail, siddhi will be left shattered, veena will blame siddhi. siddhi under pressure i dont think will be able to realise thats its a trap.

looks like they are heading towards a deal track, which is plain rubbish

just hope cvs dont take that route and show some sensible twist

still dont understand why vik still hasnt spoken to kunal?

Agree that initially Siddhi will be shattered & can't expect anything better from mother India there.

But as seen in past, Siddhi does jump back when situation requires her to. Not much at least she can get bail & please for the love of God, work as a team after that. How many times we need to say it.
