We have always, loved n respected the smart, well spoken,entrepreneur Mr.DK, today we saw another side of him, the father...

Though he took the decision a little late, it was the right one to back his son and to reveal the truth. He was calm n composed, even though Manav in all fury slapped his son, his pride, right before his eyes, coz somewhere he felt Manav was justified in doing so, but when Manav misbehaved with Archana, DK intervened n drilled sum sense into him, n told him to b civil.

Manav only made things worse and put an end to 18 yr old relationship with his friend, philosopher n guide.

Back home when Arjun was torn between being a lover n son(he knew his dad was hurt because of him),DK was a wonderful father, he totally made up for the absence of Ashna. He reminded Arjun that he was always there for him, to support, to guide him. DK's words of wisdom, "its all destiny" n bits of his own love story strengthened Arjun's resolve. Arjun is indeed lucky to have such a cool dad n i may add Purvi lucky too, coz DK said, he'd love to have Purvi as his BAHU. 😊

Yep the best father and not sure abt FIL to any girl

Was he not bit 3- 4 weeks late ?? 😉

Ooops forgot he was Taking his own time in ausie land ? 😛

Could not do anything over the phone just like his son could not break up his engagement or tell Ovi abt him falling in love with another girl..

Like Father like son..Now I get where Arjun gets this trait..👎🏼

And all that talk by DK abt his love with aashna was BS...It took this dude long time b4 realizing what love-romance was...How lonely Aashna was..How she craved a child.. finally ArMan's so called love made him open his eyes...He finally understood his wife...TOo bad she died just couple of yrs after..

In hindsight everything is perfect so DK's so called love for Aashna

Totally agree with you. DK looks like the only person who has become wise after learning from his mistakes. He may have erred Aashna, but at least he realizes that and he chooses to remember the good memories while learning from the. ad ones. He is truly trying to make up for Aashna's absence.

And the part he said about Manav. being uncivilized was right on. Manav is nothing but an emotional fool (and so is Archana). Whereas DK is so calm, cool and collected. He has complete control over his emotions and hence a convincingly successful person in every sense.

DK rocks!!!!!

Actions speak volumes as opposed to verbiage and DK proved it in one tiny gesture when he squeezed Archana's shoulder as he walked out of the Deshmukh residence. That conveyed heart felt sympathy for Archu after her so-called husband bashed her in front of the whole world. Brilliant DK! You not only have a heart, it is the largest in this ego-oriented serial

DK respects relationships after learning from his own life!!!

And so only he did stop Manav while he tried to insult in front of every one!!! Not only tat He stood wit Arjun right from d begining, guidining him towards right path... So salute to DK n sure he was dhero of the day!!!!

yeah DK is a matured ,calm,and composed dad.When there are so many negative characters
in pavitra brishta ,it will be great to give him more screen space. Right now Purvi needs some one
who can guide and support her other than Arjun ,it will be really great if Dk gives Purvi a fatherly
advice.
