I dont think vidhi is a negative.i think pv is not a show of saas bahu drama or quarrels or ego problems b/w bahus.

I don't think Vidhi is a negative character. She is just playing the role of a responsible elder daughter in-law and bhabi. After a mother and father in laws, it's the elder brother and sister-in law who are the role of mother/father figure. I think Vidhi remained quiet, because she knows how her mil doesn't like Aarti from the beginning. I think G3 line was some sort of a foreshadowing to Vidhi, that probably in the future her trust of Aarti will be broken. (Aarti's divorce coming out)

I think it will be Aarti who will help Vidhi and Pankaj get back together. Arpita's death has affected the entire family not just Yash and the kids. Since Arpita died, all the responsibility has been on Vidhi's shoulder. Due to that, her and Pankaj's relationship is suffering. In the earlier episode he was complaining that she only has time for him, when the kids are away. Now there is 2 other bahu's so all the responsibility should be shared equally. Both Aarti and Vidhi are similar yet different, Vidhi is just quiet while Aarti is outspoken.

Jealously might happen, but once you get over the jealously your bound will grow stronger for the person.

Thank god this is not Ekta show, because in her serials all the bahus fight and bicker. Everyone has their differences and their own pov but not everyone is Mahaan or perfect. We have flaws. Ek doesn't get that. At least one is crying all the time, one is negative/witch, and another is just in between sometimes evil sometimes nice. I will give hats of to CVS of this show for portraying normal relationships with kuch khatta kuch meetha relationships.

No vidhi will not be a negative character.
