Silly Saxena might suspect Tanmay but it DENIAL that's keeping them back.
Proffessor Saab 's denial: I didn't bring a killer into my house. Otherwise because of me, I lost a son by treating a stranger as my son.Arushi: I am not married to a killer, I don't sleep beside a killer...it's every woman's nightmare. No, I'll just think my Tanumay is innocent. It makes life easier for me despite it cost me my only brother and the happiness of my sister Pratigya.Dadi: Too old to think, I'll just go with the flow of Shamu's thinking.Komal: Too hurt-lost Ardarsh...can't think...suicidal...pain...hurt.I personally beleive Tanmay won't be arrested. If he does get caught out, he'll die like a dog. (Maryada style of Bramanand)
Like you said Abhi is on a personal vendetta against Thakurs, he could care less about the true murderer IMO. I feel he didn't properly study the case and only took it as an opportunity to convict K thus making a blow into Thakurs' pride and status. Abhi provided a weak defense, his arguments going round and round fully relying on K's family background, K's anger that day and eye witnesses (eye witnesses that only saw K near the body which - granted - does make K a prime suspect but cannot prove him as guilty - Abhi stressing those eye witnesses as an irrefutable proof and the court seemingly accepting it as such is really puzzling to me 😕)

Kangaroo Court! GD was right, he's got to live with his verdict. Many innocent people have paid the price for a crime they never committed.
The Saxes have already decided that K is the murderer. Their disdain over K being an uneducated man, a past goonda is coming once again into the fore - they don't need anything else, Tam really has nothing to do to make them believe in K's culpability, Saxes are masters in that!! Saxes have been lulled into a false sense of security with Tam. Much as they try to get out of that shell they can't get over K's "unpud" status. Do they even know Prats has been tutoring him and he is on his way? Their bigotry raises it's ugly head ever so often. There were many points made to show the fishiness of the case and Tam's involvement in it. Each time a point was against Tam the Saxes were shown mildly confused but quickly overlooking it as in their minds it is simply impossible for their educated more 'cool' damaad to have committed such a crime... Wonder if Shamu's confusion was more about questioning himself if he made an error in judgment. For an educated man if nothing else, Tam bringing sweets to the family should have raised red flags and five alarm warning in their minds but they swept that too under the rug.Did the Saxes forget about Tam's disdain for the Thakurs? And the way Tam insulted them in Prats's presence when they stayed at GH?Did they forget that there were many fights in their house between Komarsh and Tam? Tam openly insulting Komal? Tam openly accusing them of not respecting him as a SIL/BIL? Their fight about money and him having to go out of their house? Shamu and Arusia have their heads buried in the sand, when Tam is convicted they have to live with their decision to trust Tam and put Kriya through hell.Didn't Aarushi remember her pati's paranoia, his two faced nature, his manipulative streak, his inclination to lie through his teeth for his own gain, his violent nature? Wasn't it her who once said to Prats that 'Didi you don't know Tam's asli face'? 😕 Shamu, Arusia have selective amnesia for now. Komal is confused and shocked which is to be expected. Deep down she doesn't believe K is guilty either. Why would Tam be suddenly Adarsh's bestfriend after being ousted by him a few days ago? Why would he let him alone even a minute if he was to protect him? Exactly! Why would he call K in a noisy place which could easily betrayed their whereabouts if he didn't want to be found? Why was he so prompt to gather a crowd and declared K as a murderer? Why was he asking all those questions/being so concerned over the possibility of K being released? And finally when K is convicted why is he overjoyed? Strange that Saxes didn't find Tam's behavior distasteful or weird. We know that K will eventually be declared as innocent...what I'm intrested to see now is if we will finally see a change in the script process:- will the Saxes work hard to actually earn K&P but mostly K's forgiveness for once AGAIN misjudging him on face value without giving him the benefice of doubt? This time even if Kriya forgive Saxes they should keep them at a distance where they belong. Saxes never gave K the benefit of the doubt at any point. They fell for Tam's manipulations like a sack of potatoes from the beginning. Not even a moment of doubt, given they've known K longer than they've known Tam. They conveniently forgot what they always bragged about Prats standing up for the truth.- or will they have an easy way out (like always 😡) with K&P saying that it wasn't their fault since Tam played them all when in reality he didn't have to do a thing to fill Saxes' mind against K at all 😲😡
Omg bossji...wat a brilliant Crime Report 😲 ...now now thats Y you r the boss sirjee.. 😎
I dont watch the serial anylonger but i must admit that the advent of two smart lawyers has given the serial a new lease of life...Kaushal is doing a good job and acting is good too.
