I sooo agree with everything you have to say.God, DEK is one interesting show, and so what if it is taking them time to develop Manveer, thats fine! But the rest of the plots and the twists that they end up creating are just pure brilliant. I am telling you, no other indian soap, or even western for that matter, has so intricately woven politics and human emotions into one. Truly, gotto give it to the CV's. Previously the only glitch in the whole show was Akash's character. He was too simple for this show. But now they have even redeemed his character and made him, if not likable (cannot be possible), atleast hatable enough to be the perfect villain. So whwre the hell are the trp's yaar??? Truly, are people mad to not want to watch this show? Crazy i tell ya.

Anyways, coming to the epi -

M-UV: Initially M is surprised when BR tells her that UV is the one wo has done all this and helped her family out, but then there is a softness to her eyes that tells you that she is amazed at him and he does affect her. She is confused. LOL. And she admires him.LOL. But damn if she will ever tell him that.

When she sits in DS's office (incidentally why is DS's offoce being used asb a stop-gap for every convo?) she flashbacks to UV. Clearly shows that there are some feelings there and no they arent just restricted to the duty she feels towards him. They are much more than that. She remembers all the words he has ever spoken to her and yes, it does, does, does affect her. She might not be in love with him yet, but she sure as hell is on the precipise just about to fall.

J... J... J... Oh God! Gotto give her some credit points fr her dogmatic attitude. She is instigating M yet again, and no it isnt for the over all good, but rather i feel it is so that M does smething stupid that makes UV mad at M and makes M eventually leave the riyasat or something like that. God, will this girl ever learn? NO. She is still the same J that she was before the M coronation. She is just less out in the open about her feelings now. I am still waitng for her and aryan to get together because i think they will. Eventually... God knows when??

Oh God, UV is so cute when he is sulking. He is like a little kid, all not responding to what M is saying and royally ignoring her. LOL. M is so sad when he does that. She is like... 'uday, sun na...!' Awww... practising to be a wife, M? Anyways, I'll keep my sarcastic tongue in check. So UV gives her a little reality check. Good. Becaus she did promise him a lot of things - chief among that, that she will always honor his ring and him and she isnt doing that right now. Especially when she is hugging and kissing A. Ufff...! So totally justified on UV's part. Loved the character growth in UV here. He isnt shouting or screaming or threatening her. He is merely pointing out to her that what she did was wrong. And M is calmly listening to all that he says. She also aknowledges that after DS has been in the coma, It's UV who has been there for this family and her all along. Amd you are right Shama, I think he wanted to say that there is nothing he wouldnt do for her, but in the context of what she had done for him, he couldnt very well say that, so he did indirectly. Love you, UV.

M-A flashback: ApreCRAP!!

But if I allow myself to get out of the intense naussea that i suffer everytime i see those two together and think logocally, I realise that its but alright for M to have this fb. Because common she does believe that she loves this guy. So what the hell! I will allow this to M... atleast for now. Plus, AR has not got any screen space at all these past few months, and barely any before that (running in the forest or on the road singing songs like - 'main majnu majnu chillaunga kudta phar ke' - doesnt count). So common, let him also have some fun re... otherwise he'll feel ki use paise kis baat ke milte hai?

C-A: ahhh! my favourite scene for today! Proves two things - 1)A is evil. Now whether he was Aryan all along (which i feel is true) or whether he became Aryan after the incident, there is no doubt that he isnt Akash anymore. 2) He is out to get revenge and he is using M for that. Ahh! I love it. Cruel I am, but M does make it so easy on her. An interesting obvo here - Did you notice that the scene between C and A freakishly resembled all the plotting scenes between GR and UV before UV fell in love with M? Gotto love the CV's. Like I said previously, A always had the luxury of being good because there were no circumstances that propelled him to make a choice between being good or bad. But now when the circumstances become reversed, and when A is sort of pushed into UV's world, how far will he fall to achieve what he wants? My guess is definitely more than UV was then, and he will definitely do much, much worse. And we see that in the very next segment.

A is about to use M. But somehow UV is going to stop M form going to A. Thank God. Because whatever he has planned, doesnt look like it is anything good. J cannot stop with her sneaking - teh girl - i tell ya. There was nothing too significant with the VB-J scene. A total filler scene.

GR-UV:

GR is once again playing the devils advocate for UV. UV shouted at GR. Can you see Shama what I am seeing? He shouted at GR. For M. His resistance to GR's words was much more than what it was previously. And although eventually he paid heed to it, it wasnt so easy for GR to control him this time. Already the gap between GR and UV is widening. And we all know that there will come a point where UV will go against GR for M. Wow, Shama... gotto hand it to the CV's. The wPay they are developing this story is awsome. Everybody is learning something and growing all the time. And UV and M will learn the most. Because they are the lead pair after all.

Precap:

Honestly i would have preferred UV not forcing M. But I see where this might go. It will insigate M to retaliate against UV. maybe run to A. I dont know. But I do know that eventually whatever happens M and UV are going to be together. It is their growth, Not Akash's. So i am going to give this story time to unfold properly. OH GOD, shama... why is it thursday already??? this three week long wait is pure torture for my DEK infested soul, I tell ya!
