What's this building up towards?? Complications in pregnancy or MISCARRIAGE 😭

well i hate to say this, but maybe they are heading towards MC.

though i really hope its just to show siddhi having pregnancy complications in future,

No I dont think it heads towards MC, may be as u said some complications may arise.

It may be a step to show his concern towards his unborn child, till now we ve seen him showing concern over Sidhhi and his unborn child, but I feel that they were not bonded emotionally and this pain may help them to involve themselves and emotionally feel the bond with the unborn and from here we may see Sinal's cute moments with the unborn as the pain helped them to feel the third person's presence, In today's episode it is clearly shown in the convo between Sinal about the third person stating " hum teeno" i.e we three

I don't think it is hinting towards MC or pregnancy ..
It was all build up for yet another Sidhi -Richa confrontation..
Cvs might have read some post in the forum regarding us not being sure of Sidhi's pregnancy and how desperately we wanted to see Richa's reaction on sidhi's pregnancy..
so Cvs tried to kill to birds with one stone.. though i would have wanted richa to show some more reactions to Sidhi's pregnancy .. even better wish Mona Vasu was there...
