short term gains or long term loyalty

Why would the owner of the beauty products sell the expired products intentionally and spoil the image of his company in the market...i mean in the business world its difficult to keep up the goodwill of ones business...so it made no sense that owners would look in for short term gains or profits rather than a long term goodwill name or brand loyalty..

PS: i guess the drop on TRPs have made me crazy and i am pointing out all the mistakes in the show...but hope the cvs block out all loops so i dont get to point them out in future episodes...

There are people like that who only think about short term gain.

I guess the guy was more of a sales manager looking for personal gains rather than thinking of a brand 😉 may be the kind of guy who has a wee bit if authority and knows how to take advantage of it...😃 Makes sense 😉

Was he the owner of the company? He seemed like someone in charge of the sales. But I have to agree that him using fake labels to cover the expiry date was bit silly...its easy for customers to spot that..

The Froud compnies do that for earning money... So many compnies does this to get rid of their ended stock

Yaar but many people do that.. just to cut a quick profit... ! Its usually newer firms that engage in such things... !

Long term gains in today has no gurrenty so most so many chooses short term gains...
