They don't have a better reason to give as to why are they hiding their daughther from Media? So she giving lame reason. In recent interview Jaya says Aradhyay is tall, though how tall has she been in 6 months? 3'5". I hope its not that reason for hiding their daughter.

I really don't care if the baby has fangs and yellow eyes. It was absolutely unconscionable for that "fan" to misuse Aishwarya's kindness, sneak a peek and tweet about the baby's appearance. Totally disrespectful.
