Guys we know that arnav and akash are cousin brother, but do they have another cousin or brother called dhruv? 😲(OH I AM REALLY CONFUSED NOW!!!)... watch the video below, nani mentions it

she says " "Shaadi mazaak nahi hai, chahey phir woh Arnav ki ho, Akash ki ho ya Dhruv ki"

(Marriage isn't a game, whether it's Arnav's, Akash's or even Dhruv's.)

Dhruv was to be introduced as Akash's younger brother and a sort of brother-like, friendly figure for Khushi...Naman Shaw was supposed to portray the character...but this was an earlier plot line which was never utilised...Dhruv's character was probably ditched...coz if he is Akash's real brother, there's no way he couldn't have turned up for his bro's wedding!!! They could have introduced Karan Goddwani as Dhruv, but guess they didn't want to get into the complications of introducing a direct relative, that's why they introduced NK as a cousin and probably ditched Dhruv's character altogether...
