I got the feeling that she really doesn't believe he killed Adarsh, but was in a state of shock and couldn't really comprehend or figure out what was going on at the time. Now I think she is slowly realizing that her brother is not guilty.

Agree she is starting to doubt Tanmay, I think it started when Kaushal asked Tanmay that when people misplace their phone they usually call more than once and why he didn't do it. I like your scenario about Komal helping Pratigya finding the phone very possible
