i have some views ... a prediction from my side may be it would be like this:

arjun gets to know about the things next afternoon. he tries to rush mumbai asap. in mumbai purvi will be all alone in the house savita gone out with some work purvi tried to remain strong in front of her but as soon she left the home she burst out crying out loud just when arjun reaches her. without taking a second she goes to him and wraps her arms around him and sobs loudly while arjun tries to confront her she asks him to end up the relationship and nevr meet again and tells him to marry ovi and make her happy for the sake of her aai and baba's vishwaas on her! she cant break the trust arjun is disgusted and terrified by the thought loosing her he denies to do this for anyone! not even for purvi herself not untill he knows she loves him... he wont leave her and even if she doesn't he may go out of her life but no other person will be taking her place in his life he'll be waiting for her for as long as he live she'll be the only one in his heart!
