It is possible. My aunt died when my cousin was 2 and 1/2 years. Now she is 16. Until she was 7 or 8 years she remembered her mother a lot. Like what she was like to her. And also with all of them talking about her all the time. But now she does not remember anything. As with time memories fade away. So it is possible for a child to remember what happened when they were 2 or 3.

That too such a tragic incident :(

Yes they should give some thought to the time line but I don't mind I love PV!!!

I was just thinking that, Eva!

PV has messed up their dates so often now...though it's true that children remember traumatic incidents at a young age, 2 is way too young. Even if a child loses a parent at 2, they won't be able to remember them because our first memories start when we are around 3 or 4, mostly 4. This should be Palak's 8th birthday, not 6th. I think Payal is around 6 years old. Palak remembering her mother's death during her 4th birthday is not unrealistic, because kids know their parents really well by then and will certainly remember if one of them dies so suddenly, but her remembering Arpita so well at 2 is not very believable.😳

I disagree. My cousin was 2 when his dad passed away and he remembers his father.

I was not confused on Yash's age, its clear from the marriage date. But Palak must be 8 or 7.

if palak was 2 then that little payal has to be 1... and she was shown tooo big for one year old kid...

It is not possible for a kid of 2 years to remember the details like Palak did. Some may remember if they were involved deeply with the death events but not like this... and for Payal it is just impossible..

the way they showed Payal and Palak when Arpita was hugging them before leaving indicates bit older girls then 2 and 1... and they are studying in high class english medium school where until 4-5 is KG classes and not not class 1.. So Yes the timeline for the children are really messed up..

When Gayatri was proposing for Yash she told Shobha that my son is 30 years old his 1st wife died three years ago so he married at 26 and not 24.

So considering the age of Palak... Yash has to be 32 year old and not 30.. but that is not significant difference so we could take Yash at 30..

but still total messed timeline up... in my POV...

my dear Eva, totally agree that the girls age & timelines seem to be messed up but i think you may have been confused by the CVs confusion. When G3 says Yash's wife died 3 years ago she did not mean her son of 30yrs got married 3 years ago. It just means Yash lost his wife 3 yrs ago i.e. when he was 27.

If Palak is about to celebrate her 6th birthday, her parents must have been married at least 7 years before. Therefore the oldest Yash could have been when he & Aarpita got married was when he was 23.

Not being from India myself, I can't comment on which std the girls should be in if they were 6 & 5 respectively but if they were following the British system, Palak would at least be in std 2.

The time line is confusing for sure! If I am not mistaken, Yash is 30 at the time of wedding with Aarti. Arpita died on Palak's 4th B'day! that means Yash and Aarpita were married for atleast 6 years or so... so during Yash's wedding with Arpita, he must have been 23...

So this B'day should be 7th for Palak. but Yash is saying that she is turning 6...so for sure confusing...

But they way they have shown the girls. It is believable that they could go to school but with the timeline they cannot...

So considering that this is Palak's 6th birthday Yash has to be married 7 years ago so he married right out of college... at the age of 23 then Arpita was what 20??? but she looked 30 he he... or may be she was as old as Yash no age difference...

But to send that 1 year old baby to school???

anyways the timeline is cofusing with the age of children and parents...

and look at Vidhibhabhi and Punkaj. Their children are so much older almost in highschool so Punkaj and Vidhi are now what 45??? as Yash is 30...

and Ma and Pa Schindhia in their late 60s if Punkaj is 45 ha ha ha...

and that buvaji.. has to be older then Punkaj so she wants to get married at 50 🤣🤣 🤣🤣🤣🤣 or may be she is younger then Pratik who knows...

Dadima Schindhia and Gayatri may have delivered at the same time...🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
